As Senior Fundraising Officer (Corporate Partnerships), you will:
- Identify and develop potential new business relationships and funding opportunities for YMCA England & Wales, including developing compelling new fundraising propositions and staying abreast of emerging areas of interest for businesses and innovation within the corporate charity partnerships space.
- Manage and grow YMCA’s portfolio of Events Sponsors to maximise sponsorship income and support the growth of YMCA Events.
- Support the account management of high value partnerships.
- Lead or support cross-team projects, campaigns or events that support the Corporate Partnerships and/or Fundraising strategy.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, a great communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills and have a demonstrable track record of working with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of projects and partnerships.
Fundraising at YMCA England & Wales has three pillars:
- Fundraising for distribution through initiatives such as our RoomSponsor programme
- Fundraise to support YMCAs and fund our policy, campaign and research work, to lobby government and change the lives of young people
- Facilitate YMCAs to raise funds themselves by providing assets, propositions and advice

About the role
Sightsavers’ work in the field of education is driven by the principle of inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all. We are looking for a Global Technical Lead – Inclusive Education to provide technical leadership and expertise in inclusive education to guide the development and delivery of specific initiatives and programmes.
As the Global Technical Lead for Inclusive Education, you will support Sightsavers to promote inclusive education for children, youth, and adults with disabilities in education systems in West Africa, East, Central and Southern Africa (ECSA), and South Asia. Working across multiple countries, you will ensure that disability inclusion is at the centre of conceptualisation, design and implementation of Sightsavers’ projects.
Strong communication skills in English and French are essential for this role, as is the availability to travel 12-16 weeks a year, nationally and internationally.
Principal accountabilities will include:
- To provide technical leadership and expertise in inclusive education at the programmatic level
- To strengthen the global programme portfolio in inclusive education through leading strategic and technical inputs in proposal development for funding opportunities.
- To pioneer new strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in inclusive education to improve and enhance the quality of Sightsavers’ work, especially in cross-cutting priority areas like climate action, gender equity and the use of data and evidence.
- To contribute to the research, innovation, policy, advocacy and communications agendas through close collaboration with interdepartmental teams and key external stakeholders.
- To undertake senior level representation of Sightsavers as an expert in inclusive education at national, regional and international professional and sector-specific networks, platforms, conferences and meeting
This is an ideal opportunity to build on your existing expertise in leading and developing programmes in inclusive education in lower income countries. We are looking for a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships across different departments and work collaboratively as a member of our cross-functional teams. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Postgraduate qualification (minimum Master’s) or equivalent experience in a relevant field, e.g. education, special needs education; disability, international development
- Business to fluent French language skills
- A proven record of leading, developing and implementing programmes in inclusive education in lower income countries.
- Experience of working with national governments and international institutions such as Global Partnership for Education, UN agencies, bilateral agencies as well as non-state actors to contribute to education system transformation.
- Knowledge of current developments, issues and best practice in inclusive education to effectively address the barriers to education for children with disabilities
- Able to travel for up to 12-16 weeks a year (regional and international).

Consultant en profil
Le consultant, ou l'équipe de consultants, doit idéalement avoir une solide connaissance pratique du contexte des pays où WaterAid Afrique de l'Ouest est présente (Burkina Faso, Ghana, Mali, Libéria, Niger et Nigeria). Une bonne compréhension de l'environnement politique et numérique est cruciale, tout comme une expérience des campagnes publiques.
Pour réussir, vous devrez avoir :
- Une vaste expérience de la mobilisation publique et de la mise en œuvre de campagnes fortement axées sur le numérique ;
- Solide compréhension et réseautage avec des parties prenantes externes, y compris des agences numériques avec lesquelles nous pourrions nous associer;
- Expérience solide et pratique avec des preuves de la création de plateformes numériques ;

Job Purpose
Our mission is to inspire, involve and empower older people in Scotland, and influence others so that people can enjoy better later lives. To help us achieve that, our Individual Giving fundraiser will aim to acquire new donors and maximise income from existing donors.
As an Individual Giving Fundraiser you will plan, develop and implement a programme of individual giving campaigns to acquire new one-off cash and regular donors, secure repeat donations from our warm database and upgrade donors to maximise and grow our induvial giving income.
You will analyse and monitor performance of campaigns and make tactical and strategic recommendations to enhance results using the full marketing mix. You will lead on developing donor journeys for our existing and new supporters ensuring donors feel valued and understand the impact their donations make.
Living our values, you will approach the role with integrity, while involving, inspiring and empowering our teams, so that together we can create better outcomes for older people in Scotland.
What you’ll do
Individual Giving
· Using a storytelling technique develop and deliver all aspects of direct marketing appeals ensuring effective and emotive copywriting and by working collaboratively with colleagues and external suppliers to deliver within budget and meet income targets.
· Co-ordinate all aspects of Age Scotland’s donor acquisition programme to develop and build our individual donor base using traditional and digital channels.
· Lead the creation and implementation of donor journeys to recruit, retain, upgrade and re-activate donors. Review and make recommendations where appropriate.
· Explore, develop and test new ways of recruiting new donors and generating income.
· Lead the creation of a strategy to re-activate lapsed donors.
· Develop and implement plans to recruits payroll giving donors.
· Work with colleagues throughout the organisation to identify, engage and cross-sell individual giving opportunities to key stakeholder groups.
· Evaluate all campaigns and prepare reports and recommendations for the development of individual giving based on data and insight.
· Provide expertise and guidance on all matters relating to Gift Aid, including maximising income, and work closely with the fundraising and database administrator to ensure gift aid declarations are processed timely and accurately.
· Project and forecast income.
· Support the development of a mid-high level donor strategy.
Fundraising administration and processes
· Work closely with the Fundraising & Marketing Assistant to warmly thank donors for their support and ensure an exceptional level of donor care.
· Capture monthly income from the different individual giving income streams on the fundraising database.
· Lead on tracking individual giving income to meet targets and ensuring costs are within budget.
· Project and forecast income and contribute to annual operating plan.
· Ensure the website is up to date with individual giving fundraising activity.
· Ensure all individual giving activity is run in compliance with the Chartered Institute of Fundraising codes of practice.
· Maintain accurate and up to date records and accept responsibility for the safe and secure handling and storage of confidential information, and in accordance with GDPR and Age Scotland’s own data protection policies.
· Work with the fundraising and database administrator to ensure gift aid claims are processed accurately and timely.
Other Duties
· When required, support in taking donations or setting up regular donations over the phone.
· During peak campaign periods support in the processing of donations.
· Attend, present and participate in events and meetings, as appropriate, to represent and promote Age Scotland’s interests.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that each income stream feeds into and supports others so that funds are maximised.
· Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory conditions.
What you’ll bring

· Demonstrable experience of delivering direct marketing appeals and a proven track record of securing income using the full marketing mix.

· Knowledge of current fundraising trends and social and political issues particularly in relation to Scotland’s older people (desirable).

· Confidence in public speaking and to a range of audiences (desirable).

The Role

About The Role:
The successful candidate will support the Community and Challenge Event Manager to find ways to increase engagement and bring fresh ideas to the team and steward fundraisers. This role will be responsible for maximising the value of fundraisers by helping to develop and deliver their supporter journey with MQ, whilst supporting the wider marketing team with producing content including blogs and social media.

About You:
This role is for you, if you have 1+ years’ experience in supporting community and events fundraising and track record of achieving financial targets and key objectives.
We need someone with experience of working on challenge events as well as knowledge of marketing and social media management.
You'll need to be organised, creative and proactive.
Experience of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge/NXT is desirable but not essential.

Endometriosis UK Support Services are a lifeline for those affected by endometriosis who have nowhere else to turn while they wait for a diagnosis, treatment, and care. We run a successful helpline delivered by volunteers with lived experience of endometriosis, who understand the challenges of living with the disease. Our volunteers provide vital emotional and practical support to those affected by endometriosis.
We have experienced an increasing demand for our services, with a 1230% increase in calls to our Helpline between 2020-2023. The pandemic has left a legacy of delays accessing endometriosis surgery, treatment, and care. Waiting lists across the country are now 60% longer than prepandemic levels. We are looking for an endometriosis clinical nurse specialist to lead on this service, delivering phone and email support for those affected by endometriosis. Working closely with the Head of Support and Information and Specialist Advisor, the Support Line Manager will contribute to the set-up, launch and delivery of this service. About the Role

About the Role
