About the role
Breast Cancer Now’s life-saving research and essential support services are only possible because of our amazing supporters. The supporter experience manager will help to ensure all Breast Cancer Now supporters have brilliant experiences with us. This means supporters are thanked properly, kept up to date about the impact of their support and given interesting, relevant opportunities to support again. This varied role will work with teams across the organization to share supporter insight, embed best practice, and create consistency. You’ll be leading mystery shopping, running workshops with teams and creating resources. Your role will have a particular emphasis on working to make sure individual giving supporters are well looked after.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate about championing supporters’ wants, needs and preferences, advocating for supporters to be considered at every turn. You’ll have worked on activities to improve supporter or customer experience previously, whether in a charity or company. You’ll be confident in managing projects which involve multiple teams, and most importantly you’ll be able to get people excited about experience.

Flint House Police Rehabilitation is a registered Charity offering rehabilitation services to ill or injured serving and retired police officers suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions. Every year we treat over 3,000 police officers. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and support the Flint House strategic plan and mission.

Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, business administration, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Membership with the Institute of Fundraising.
- Significant experience in non-profit fundraising, development, or related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting fundraising goals and securing major gifts - annual fundraising income of upward of £1 million.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the charity's mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising appeals, grant proposals, and other donor communications.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in donor management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant fundraising tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulations governing charitable organisations.
- Working knowledge of marketing communications strategy and donor engagement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Hall Farm in Snetterton for an experienced maintenance supervisor to work closely with the Centre Manager to efficiently maintain the general buildings and pasture at our Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Snetterton, Norfolk.
The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure an up to date, well-planned, effective preventative and reactive maintenance regime is in place. This role is responsible for a team of two maintenance assistants and is required to provide daily support and on-going training and development as required. You will be responsible for the critical systems such as drainage, water, lighting, heating and fire related alarm systems as well as ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for the pasture management and the use of all relevant chemicals and pesticides where necessary.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in general maintenance in relation to buildings, grassland/pasture management and have the ability to react swiftly to maintenance requests to meet strict timescales. You will possess excellent communication skills, highly organised with a sound understanding of the principles of H&S and Fire Safety in a similar environment. Since 2006, ROLDA has dedicated itself to aiding vulnerable stray animals in Romania, one of Europe s poorer nations. Our mission includes rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Our EU-standard shelters, inspired by British designs, can house up to 700 stray dogs, providing them with complete veterinary care and preparation for rehoming.
We have supported over 48,000 animals and built two dog shelters and one for disabled and senior cats. Additionally, we offer small grants to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We primarily rehome animals in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. By addressing the root causes of animal homelessness through neutering programmes and educational initiatives, we have significantly reduced overpopulation, helping over 40,000 cats and dogs in Romania and Ukraine.

About the Role:
The Executive Assistant will be at the heart of the charity's activities, providing an efficient organisational hub around which the charity operates. As a Philanthropy Executive, you will work closely with the Philanthropy Manager supporting the development of a proactive and sustainable major donor programme. Your role will involve the relationship management of a portfolio of major donors and prospects; ensuring the donors you work with are engaged with our cause, and that you are responding to their individual stewardship needs as you keep them updated with our work.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Philanthropy Manager in making strategic decisions to grow our major donor programme: providing insight from the excellent relationships you will manage, identifying opportunities and securing significant contributions ranging from four to six figures.
You will develop and use stewardship tools to guide donors through their giving journey, including cultivation plans, proposals, and reports. You will be involved in sourcing and presenting tailored information to donors, making appropriate financial and non-financial requests. You will facilitate and attend meetings and events, both in person and online, to nurture these relationships.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with colleagues and volunteers across the organisation to support our fundraising efforts.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of sector trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. You will also need to accurately record and report on your activities and portfolio, contributing to the team's KPIs.
What are we looking for?
A very skilled communicator with the ability to write and present clearly and persuasively. You should have experience securing major donations or other high-value support, or managing influential partnerships; ideally within a similar role in either the charity or commercial sector. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with individuals and organisations at all levels is essential.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets is desirable. You should be creative and adaptable, able to identify and maximise opportunities. Strong IT skills are important, and knowledge of Raisers Edge is a plus.
You should be able to prioritise tasks and work flexibly across organisational boundaries, thriving as part of a team. A full driving licence for UK travel is desirable but not essential.

CAFOD’s Major Donor Executive will play a key role in delivering our fundraising programme. They will help develop and implement operational plans, manage a portfolio of existing donors and work to identify prospective new donors and their networks. Key Responsibilities
Donor relationship management
- Develop lasting relationships with existing donors and new prospects, building and managing a portfolio of donors giving £5,000 upwards
- With the Philanthropy Manager and Major Donor Team, devise and implement online and offline communication plans with a clear focus on securing funds for CAFOD’s core programmes

Working with this community, the Network Development Coordinator will identify opportunities to strengthen anti-poverty activities across the city region that align with Resolve Poverty’s strategic priorities to:
