- A full CIMA, ACA, or ACCA accountancy qualification.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with strategic oversight across multiple operational functions (e.g., finance, business development, fundraising, estates, IT, communications).
- Proven track record of leading successful teams, with a focus on staff development, motivation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in working with Trustees, presenting detailed reports, and ensuring sound governance.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience overseeing financial planning, budget management, and financial risk management.

What will I be doing?

Managing the overall planning and agenda for campaign meetings, working with the wider Roadshow team and consulting with other internal stakeholders
Responsible for the monitoring, quality control and annual content review of Roadshow materials to ensure that they meet the needs of the team and activity, and high standards are maintained
Responsible for managing the relationship with the Regional Press team and overseeing all related press activity, working with the HCE Manager and Senior HCE Manager
Being responsible for the recruitment, training and ongoing management of the team's Health Awareness Volunteers, and for evaluation and ongoing development of the programme
Contributing to the planning of the team's public-facing community engagement work and input into wider plans for the HCE team
Representing the work of the team internally and externally as required.

We're recruiting for a Senior Data Executive to join us and support the ongoing marketing and membership activities of British Heart Foundation (BHF).
About the role
As our Senior Data Executive, you’ll be ensuring effective data management for the BHF by extracting data for marketing communications, supporting data imports, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to optimise data quality. You’ll be responsible for marketing data extracts, maintaining data quality through CRM updates using an ETL tool, and championing data best practices while identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with fundraising and marketing teams to establish selection criteria for data extracts, you will ensure accurate and timely data exchange with suppliers, manage CRM database data, and resolve data quality issues. All this will ensure you gain a full understanding of customer requirements to achieve their desired outcomes and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

About you
With proven previous experience running complex and large database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, you'll have experience ensuring complex and high-volume data quality and accuracy. You’ll have strong experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven track record in importing and exporting data with external agencies. Role outline and purpose
This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial inclusion programmes across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, (428 food banks, running over 1300 centres), building strong partnerships and alliances to achieve our vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
Leading on the development and delivery of our programme and influencing work on a range of issues including income maximisation, welfare rights, social security, debt and financial inclusion, capturing evidence to demonstrate the need for long-term solutions to prioritise people facing destitution and deliver real change for people in crisis.
Role responsibilities
· Proactive and effective contribution to the Senior Leadership Team towards the achievement of our overall organisational strategy, with direct responsibility for leading on the second key objective of our Changing Communities theme.
· Development and delivery of an innovative income maximisation helpline across England and Wales, in collaboration with the Citizens Advice England & Wales, along with other key organisations in the anti-poverty sector, offering immediate telephone advice and support to people facing crisis through c130 FTE trained specialist advice workers.
· Development and delivery of income maximisation programmes in NI and Scotland to support people in crisis to access advice and holistic support

Better Cotton is seeking a dynamic data analytics professional to join its Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team. Successful candidates will be skilled at analysing data on agricultural practices, field results and programmes, as well as adept at transforming analyses into clear visualisations with concise explanations. The MEL Data Insights and Visualization Manager will assist in compiling data from different sources and different teams, transforming, cleaning, validating, analysing data and promoting its insights though dynamic dashboards using Power BI and creating reports to disseminate learnings to our stakeholders (which range from farmers, programme partners close to the field to textile brands). The MEL Data Insights and Visualization Manager will report to Head of MEL inside the Standards and Assurance Team. There is not team reporting into this role at the moment, but we anticipate building up a team over time. You will play a key role in creating data feedback loops that will contribute to continuous improvement and influence programmatic change at the field-level and at the organization. You will influence our members by promoting our results and activities and those of our partners.

The Challenge
We are a large sustainability standard in the middle of big transformations (moving from a voluntary standard to a certification scheme, new legislations to adapt, increased consumer demands). Data plays a key role in informing our progress towards our targets.
As the MEL Data Insights and Visualisation Manager, you will be responsible for turning data into insights and providing Better Cotton staff and stakeholders with dynamic visualisation tools and reports. Data analysis requires a lot of context and for that understanding of sustainability standards, impact measurements and agriculture would be needed.

We are seeking a motivated MEL Data Insights and Visualisation Manager to join our MEL Team. In this role, you will work both independently and with team members in the MEL secretariat and local country-team offices. Your responsibilities are to:

- Create tools for analysis and reporting with Power BI and other tools adapted to range of stakeholders with different goals and backgrounds
- Ensure regularly scheduled reporting is completed accurately and to schedule, creating content and coordinating with other teams

About the Role:
The Sanitation Senior Advisor is a senior position in the WASH Technical Effectiveness team, reporting to the Sanitation Lead. Together with the Sanitation Lead, the Senior Advisor co-leads the delivery of core team responsibilities regarding the thematic areas of sanitation and other closely associated topics. Applying a people-centred, systems strengthening approach to WASH, she/he provides high quality specialist technical analysis, advisory, and support services to the design, inception, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and/or assessments of WaterAid’s programming worldwide, at both strategic and operational levels.
In collaboration with country, regional and global colleagues, she/he co-leads the facilitation of effective learning and management of technical and programme knowledge across the organisation, and co-leads the development of relevant standards and guidance. She/he also provides strategic and technical input to fundraising, communications, and external engagements.
The Senior advisor has a high degree of independent and professional responsibility within own specialist areas, and discusses with her/his line manager to agree on how objectives are delivered. She/he is seen as a thematic authority and is able to handle highly challenging technical assignments. With a good understanding of organisational dynamics and ways of working, she/he is expected to effectively collaborate widely across WaterAid, facilitating joined-up and comprehensive efforts to advance WaterAid’s programming globally.
About You:
- Strong technical experience in developing, and implementing sanitation approaches, services delivery and management models, resilience and sustainability of services, environmental sanitation, sanitary engineering, wastewater and drainage, and/or other inter-related topics across different settings, demonstrated through a progressive career record.
- A relevant post-Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in offering technical assistance, consulting, and/or advisory services to empower and to develop capacities of sanitation service providers, operators, local and national governments as well as INGO/CSO partners.
- Ability to handle highly specialized, unusual, and challenging technical assignments, resolve complex issues in practical and imaginative ways.
- Strong writing and communication ability in English. Experienced in producing practical knowledge products targeting needs of diverse audiences and effective peer-learning and sharing of good practices and lessons.
