About the role
As Campaigns and Communications Officer, you will play a key role in building the profile of Results UK, and using communications to support the development of successful campaigning activities for our grassroots advocates. This role is graded at Results Professional Level 2 with a salary of £32,142 per annum.
Hours of work
This is a full-time post with a working week of 35 hours (excluding breaks). These hours will be worked as agreed with the line manager but some flexibility may be required. There is no paid overtime, but Results UK has a TOIL policy for all staff.
Line manager
The line manager for this role is the Head of Campaigns.
Annual leave
25 days pro rata per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days.
Length of contract
This is a full-time permanent position.
Notice period and probationary period
The employee will have a probationary period of three months: during this time the notice period is one week. After the probation period: 6 weeks.

Currently, most Results UK staff are combining working from home with coming into the office 2 days a week. This is open to negotiation.

The post holder must be able and willing to travel occasionally within the UK.

About the role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled project manager (with sales and engagement experience for the FT role) who will help create, execute and evaluate multi project plans and engagement strategies whilst continuously assessing impact and ROI. You will be a driven project manager with a business mind that has a passion for excellence and delivering high quality outputs that show impact. From planning with the Training Manager to developing and delivering project plans with the Head of Training, Training team, SMT and external partners, you will thrive on the smooth running of our training operations. There is also a focus on engagement and sales to fill our courses for the full-time role, with the support and direction of our Head of Marketing and Communications. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· To project manage all our training and services with effective and clear planning, delivery, evaluation and reporting
· Manage contract development, communications, budget planning, timelines and reporting to clients and SMT
· Identify, nurture, and grow client relationships
· Negotiate and influence showing diplomacy, whilst maintaining a firm stance that projects are delivered within our resources and in time
· Work successfully in partnership with a range of internal and external staff and other stakeholders
· Report on progress of each project ensuring filling all training courses places, including doing engagement activity to fill places against set targets and KPIs.
· Work with the Head of Finance to ensure we set realistic targets, budgets and ensure we analyse income performance
· Work closely with the Training Manager and Head of Training, SMT and wider training team to implement the training strategy and action plans to drive forward and grow our training
· Develop action plans with Head of Marketing and Communications for each course and then implement these operationally to drive engagement, increase visibility, sales and income to improve our course sales
· Working with the Training Manager to ensure quality assurance across our courses including proofreading documents and overseeing our training Powerpoints
· To analyse training evaluation data to identify any risks (such as courses not being filled)
· Make recommendations for efficiencies and improve the client experience from initial contact to feedback
· To have oversight of and refinement of our systems and processes such as Salesforce and communications
· Ensure that all training activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, safeguarding, suicide prevention and ethical guidelines

The Clink Charity has been at the forefront of offender rehabilitation since 2010 and has developed award winning training programs which have provided second chances to the most vulnerable in society whilst achieving superb results in rehabilitation and reduction in numbers of reoffending.
The Role:
Reporting to the CEO, the role will be responsible for managing all commercial and business functions for the Charity, (excluding Clink Events, our social enterprise which has its own business development function).
This is a newly appointed position within the management team and is an exciting opportunity for a strong commercial manager who has previous experience managing office infrastructure, bids, contracts, business relationships and funding. It is essential to have strong finance and IT skill, as the role will work closely with Finance and be responsible for running all inhouse IT systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Commercial & Business Development:
· Own our commercial relationships with the Ministry of Justice and other major customers.
· Bring in new funders and new contract business from the MOJ, HMPPS, Local Authority Adult Education Providers, and Private Sector companies working in our field.
· Collaborate with our bid and business development team and with our marketing team on fundraising.
· Take the lead on major new grant funding applications.

· Management of our in-house IT systems contracts relationships (Case Management, Sage, Paperless invoicing).
· Oversee all business accounts and contracts.

· Managing risk assessments for new initiatives and overseeing the risk register for the Charity.
Experience & Background Required:
We welcome applicants with relevant commercial and contract management experience from the public, private or not for profit sectors. Successful applicants are likely to have had a track record in negotiating public sector contracts and building relationships with commissioners and procurement professionals. Experience in education, training, apprenticeships or justice services would be of particular interest.
It is essential that the role holder is Financially and IT literate, someone who can lead the commercial function, manage our outsourced IT infrastructure providers and provide business leadership to the management of all internal supply contracts.
You will work closely with the Finance team and support the remote working Head of Finance to provide oversight and support to our finance team members based at Head Office.

The Purpose of the Role
As Director of Communications, UK, you lead IRC UK’s core communications strategy with the objectives of growing our profile, influencing policy, driving income, and protecting our reputation. This is done by taking a strategic approach to generating effective messaging for cross-team use, creatively collaborating to produce cut-through external products across media and digital channels, and generating top tier media coverage in collaboration with communications, advocacy and fundraising colleagues globally. The Director will report to the UK Executive Director and the Senior Director of Global Public Affairs. Job Overview
The Purpose of the Role
The Mass Market team’s mission is to inspire the UK public to financially support the IRC in order to help people impacted by conflict and disaster. Having significantly grown the individual giving programme in recent years, we are now looking for an experienced Supporter Care Manager to take our Supporter Services programme to the next level.
The main focus of this new role is to develop and professionalise our Supporter Services programme, ensuring our supporters have a first-class experience, and that they develop a positive and lasting relationship with the IRC. Working in partnership with the fundraising, gift processing and CRM teams, and overseeing our external call centre, the post-holder will shape the strategy in line with the projected growth of the fundraising programme. Due to the size of the programme, the role will be responsible for service delivery, and there will be opportunity to grow the team in line with the growth of the programme in future years.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Strategy and planning (30%)
· Work with the Director, Mass Markets UK to create and implement a donor-centric Supporter Care strategy and priorities as part of the wider Mass Markets strategy
· Manage 3rd party inbound call centre relationship and contracts, including leading on procurement of new services, ensuring all work carried out is to a high standard and represents value for money
· Lead annual, quarterly and monthly planning process, defining key deliverables and initiatives that advance the Supporter Care programme, ensuring all activities support the aims of the departmental strategy
· Collaborate with global Supporter Care team members to share best practice, new initiatives and contribute to global projects
· Manage and plan internal and external resource during in peak times, e.g. Year End and emergency appeals
· Work closely with the Mass Market teams to increase connection across the department, contribute to cross-departmental planning with the ultimate aim of developing a seamless progression for new donors and prospects into further cultivation

2. Programme delivery (50%)
· Provide first-class service to our supporters across telephone, email and post, and across comments on our social media advertising and inboxes – ensuring you represent IRC appropriately, by responding to all supporter enquiries, actions and complaints in a professional manner and within agreed SLAs
· Manage the third party inbound call centre, ensuring they are briefed on upcoming campaigns and activity and monitoring their output
· Liaise across Acquisition, Retention and Legacy to ensure response handling and supporter enquiries are streamlined during campaign activity, including during emergency appeals with the Disasters Emergency Committee
· Manage supporters who are fundraising on our behalf (community and events) and provide encouragement, fundraising support and assistance across fundraising platforms
· Be the first point of contact for Legacy enquirers, providing initial stewardship and effectively transferring the relationship to Mass Market and Philanthropy teams
· Use agreed letter templates and craft bespoke responses using the supporter care database and FAQs
· Ensure interactions are logged on the CRM in a timely and accurate manner
· Accurately enter or amend supporter data on the CRM
· Ensure our thanking and acknowledgment communications are up to date and engaging
· Fulfil information packs and other items to supporters and legacy enquirers
- Maintain Community and Events fundraising pages on website, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant and engaging
· Work closely with the gift processing team to ensure gifts, Gift Aid declarations and other relevant actions are processed or amended in a timely manner
3. Compliance and operations (20%)
· Set and manage SLAs across all aspects of the programme, including with external suppliers
· Manage the quality compliance audit with the call centre, including undertaking regular caller listening
· Create and manage a framework to track supporter care performance, including complaints, and provide regular reporting to key colleagues
- Develop and maintain internal and public facing Supporter Care policies and guidelines
· Provide regular training and best practice to public-facing colleagues across IRC UK on handling supporter interactions appropriately
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and foster the development of Supporter Care within IRC by networking within the NGO and private sector to learn and import best practice
· Stay up to date on current legislation, and industry standards and adhere to all relevant regulation including the Fundraising Regulator, Gambling Commission and ICO
· Develop and enhance supporter services procedures and documents, ensuring they are kept up to date, particularly during emergency appeals

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
· Experience leading or managing a supporter (or customer) care programme and strategy
· Experience interacting with supporters or customers in a customer service or customer facing setting
· Excellent written English, with the ability to produce well written, strong communications and reports
· Numerate with confident data interpretation skills
· Excellent organisational skills
· Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Experience with a CRM system
