The Finance Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the new system meets the charity's financial and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Project Leadership: Manage the planning, resource requirements, scheduling, risk management and budget control for the project, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, liaising with colleagues across teams to ensure that all work is prioritised, maximising the available cross-functional resource in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Contractor Engagement: Manage the tender for an implementation partner and work with the implementation partner throughout the process to ensure a joined-up implementation
- System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of Business Central to meet the charity's specific needs.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation.
- Data Migration: Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to Business Central, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any issues before go-live.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements post-implementation.
Salary advertised is for 35 hours per week - role offered 21 hours per week - Actual salary £34,884 - £38,556)
Must haves:
- Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Administrator with experience and enthusiasm for community outreach to join a well-established and vital organisation. The Marketing & Communications Administrator reports to the Senior Manager – Children & Community and works in a team alongside the Community Development worker to build and enhance all of T&T’s work. The part-time role combines business and creativity to maintain Time & Talents’ voice and presence, connecting with local children, families, adults and older people in the Bermondsey and Rotherhithe areas – that is to say, all of our neighbours! If you are a good communicator, flexible and able to take initiative, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. What we do Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, London SE16. Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship, with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with children and families’ programmes and a range of volunteering projects.
The role
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintain social media accounts, website, regular newsletters and promotional materials in close collaboration with programme teams
• Collaborate with management team to create effective, engaging reports to a range of funders and other stakeholders
• Lead on community fundraising initiatives with management team support
• Maintain a unified tone and thematic approach across all media and marketing platforms

You are passionate about the power of community to connect and support people, and you like to work in collaboration with others. You have strong written communication skills and a keen eye for creating visually-appealing, engaging content. You’re flexible, accountable, take responsibility, are highly organised and skilled in multitasking and balancing priorities.

About the Role:
As our Global Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the Leadership and Employee Experience team.
The role will provide support to the Global Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Partner regarding the planning, delivery and evaluation of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives across WaterAid. The role is responsible for creating and executing excellent, high quality day-to-day internal communications across WaterAid globally. This includes coordinating the global moments content plan, managing the global digital communications channels and creating engaging content for internal campaigns.
Working closely with colleagues around the world, this is an exciting and stimulating role at the very centre of WaterAid’s global operations.
You’ll also:
- Act as central point of contact for any general enquiries into the Global Internal Communications and Engagement team.
- Support the delivery of the global moments content plan incorporating key global priorities such as Diversity, Equity & Empowerment (DEE), wellbeing, our values etc.
- Create engaging content, including writing stories for our global intranet and creating visual assets, such as videos, posters and the global newsletter.
- Support the implementation and delivery of the global omni-channel approach.
- Play a key role in the redesign of the global intranet and support the Intranet Manager by training editors, analysing usage, and coordinating resource development with subject matter experts.
- Lead the monitoring and evaluation of data from our internal communications channels, and recommend improvements based on the findings.
- Play a key role in the delivery of global employee engagement projects and events such as the global employee engagement survey.
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating accuracy and a sharp eye for detail, along with the capability to produce high-quality content.
- Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office 365 (such as Office suite, SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, Stream, Sway, Power BI).
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, plan and manage own time and workload.
- An innovative self-starter, creative with a willingness to try new ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide variety of contacts across the organisation.
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Previous experience of overseeing internal communication channels.
- Previous experience of working with Employee Engagement initiatives and events.
- Knowledge and experience of using design software i.e., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar to produce communications assets such as posters, infographics, videos.
