About the role

Fareham and Gosport Wellbeing service is looking to recruit a wellbeing coach to work with young persons aged 11-25 years.

The Wellbeing Coach will be employed by Solent Mind as part of the Wellbeing project and will be located within the Coastal PCN (comprising Brook Lane, Lockswood and Stubbington surgeries).

The Wellbeing Coach will see patients aged 11-25 on an individual basis and will carry out assessments, and deliver 1-1 sessions to help younger people improve their mental wellbeing and build resilience.

About you

You will need to have a good understanding of mental health in younger person’s, as well as experience of working with people with mental health needs, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the key difficulties and challenges faced by people on their recovery journey.

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will join the busy and passionate Individual Giving team as they need to build capacity during a period of growth. The main purpose of the role is to deliver and support the IG programme, ensuring income targets are met and compelling direct marketing fundraising campaigns and communications are delivered effectively. This will include digital, mail and phone direct marketing campaigns, making decisions on concept, creative and delivery.

You will have proven experience of managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment and will have demonstrable experience of managing projects from start to finish within given budgets and timescales. You will have ideally worked with digital fundraising tools and will understanding current data legislation, particularly GDPR.

They provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. They are currently looking for people to join their teams as Night Assessment Workers in their No Second Night Out Assessment Hubs. In these roles you will: 

• Work as part of a busy team environment working closely with those affected by rough sleeping. 

• Provide a safe and supportive environment at night to clients; carrying out assessment when clients first arrive out the service.  

• Work on a 7 day weekly night rota pattern with an average of 3 waking night shifts in a row (for example 8pm–8.30am or 9pm–8am) 

About you

The expectation is for the Finance Director to work to a hybrid model with typically 2 days in the CIPS head office in Stamford, Lincolnshire, depending on requirements, and the balance working from home or with external meetings.

About the role

Helping co-ordinate Shelter’s Lived Experience programmes, you will use your administrative skills to raise the profile of involvement and coproduction activities. Whether it’s managing meetings, raising purchase orders, or responding to queries about our lived experience and employability programmes, we’ll look to you for support and insight to continually improve our systems and processes.

With a keen eye for detail and analysing data, you’ll be on hand to inform best practice for Shelter’s Lived Experience initiatives.

About the team

Delivering activities to raise the profile of involvement and coproduction, the Lived Experience Insight team works alongside people with experience of homelessness and barriers to work. People with lived experience steer the direction of Shelter’s work by helping design services, campaigning, getting involved in local events or speaking out against the housing emergency and we work closely with them to ensure lived experience is at the core of everything we do.
