Are you the dynamic and driven Project Manager we seek to support our school improvement team at Haringey Education Partnership? This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective management of teams, systems management and record keeping, stakeholder engagement and relationships across various educational projects aimed at enhancing school performance and pedagogical outcomes.
This is a new role in our organisation with the potential to be shaped and developed. The successful candidate will be supported to be ambitious and innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a large consultancy team and their work in schools
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting for school improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational innovation, policies, regulations, and political landscape affecting schools and the education sector
- Be proficient in using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office suite, and basic website management platforms to create and disseminate educational high-quality resources and communications in line with HEP brand guidelines

- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

You will lead all on-air fundraising efforts, including the Charity of the Year appeal, working closely with content teams and external consultants to creatively engage our audience. You’ll manage appeal resources, coach presenters, and ensure compelling messaging across all platforms. By supporting Premier’s on-air fundraising, you directly contribute to Premier’s ability to help listeners deepen their Christian faith through media.

Role Overview
- You will be responsible for the operational delivery of on-air fundraising appeals, including briefing documents, promotional materials, and donation incentives.
- You will review and implement the use of impact audio from on-air appeals, coach presenters during appeals, and manage the On-Air Testimony Producer who secures live donor calls.
- You will be a key contributor to Premier’s on-air fundraising programme, overseeing monthly on-air fundraising messaging, script writing, production, and traffic scheduling.
- You will contribute ideas for capturing audience data and oversee the execution of on-air data capture campaigns.
- The role requires liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of fundraising appeals, compliance with Ofcom regulations, and maintaining Premier's commitment to quality and equality.

This is a new role at the DEC and developed as a key part of the DEC’s 2024-2029 strategy. The DEC has a wide range of established relationships with trusts and foundations, many of which give 6- and 7-figure sums to DEC appeals. The Trusts & Foundations Manager will be responsible for providing excellent stewardship to our portfolio of trusts and foundations. In addition, the role will also be responsible for cultivating new relationships for the DEC through thorough research, and through the prospect development cycle, to raise money for DEC appeals. In addition to appeal fundraising, the Trusts & Foundations Manager will be responsible for delivering on a new core cost fundraising strategy, in close partnership with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships.
Demonstrable, transferable trusts and foundations experience and knowledge, (preferably within the humanitarian & charity sector), will hold you in good stead for this exciting new role.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Development: Develop and manage the trusts and foundations portfolio and create compelling proposals for future appeals and core costs income. Showcase new ideas and innovative approaches for growing and developing a pipeline of new prospects. Develop engaging stewardship plans.
