As the Trusts and Foundations Manager you will:
Lead the development and delivery of a robust pipeline of trusts and foundations, securing new income streams and multi-year grants that will support life-saving work.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within trusts and foundations.
Design and execute a cutting-edge, personalised communication strategy tailored for trust and foundation donors. Creating compelling cases for support, leveraging the latest materials.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams such as Philanthropy, Corporate, and international stakeholders to maximise fundraising opportunities.
Engage with senior staff to integrate trust and foundation fundraising into wider organisational goals.
Take ownership of the day-to-day management of the Trusts and Foundations team, currently with two direct reports. You'll mentor, guide, and develop your team to reach new heights in performance - although the team managemnt aspect is open to conversation depending on the candidates preference.

With proven track record of securing six-figure grants from trusts and foundations, you will have experience of developing and maintaining key relationships with trusts and foundations.

An excellent communicator you will ideally have strong management skills and a track record of developing high performing teams.

Role Summary

ProVeg International is a global organisation made up of 12 national non-profit teams, each of which responsible for local fundraising, supported by an international fundraising team focused on major opportunities, international, and core funding.

The role of the Grant Writing Manager is to provide excellent and compelling fundraising content of all kinds, whether internal cases for support, proposals, applications or reports in order to support the goal of at least doubling our global income from around 15 to 30 million dollars in the next three years.

You will be an expert in grant writing, and have a keen eye for detail and basic financial acumen related to project funding bids. You will manage a pipeline of global trusts and foundation applications, while providing support to proposals of other kinds driven by the wider fundraising team. Ideally you would be experienced in drafting compelling narratives for complex charitable causes, ideally in climate, environment or food systems transformation.

Responsibilities

International income generation

• Together with the International Fundraising Manager and Philanthropy Director, contribute to and implement a 3-year international grants strategy, and develop annual and quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Research and prepare proposals for potential major donors, trusts and foundations, and where relevant, corporate opportunities, and coordinate international and joint bids.

• Develop a pipeline of existing and potential trusts and foundations.

• Identify and develop processes and systems to support the growth of grants income.

• Identify suitable projects within the organisation’s plan in order to build cases for support and satisfy donor wish lists.

• Develop pitch packages and stories for different audiences, in particular donors motivated by reasons other than animal protection.

Country-specific and infrastructure support 

• Contribute to the international fundraising calls, support ProVeg country directors and national fundraising teams with grant applications.

• Identify and develop processes and systems to support the growth of trust and foundation income. 

• Help build the global grant-related infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • Guidelines/policies

  • Compliance

  • Strengthening CRM use and internal coordination

  • SOPs

  • Project impact evaluation with the Monitoring Evaluation & Learning team

  • Finance tracking with the Finance Manager

• Any other administrative or comparable support that may be required

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience of grant writing at a not-for-profit, preferably an international NGO.

• A track record of identifying and securing significant, and/or multi-year, five-figure+ funds from trusts, foundations and/or corporates, ideally also having obtained unrestricted (‘core’/operational) funding.

• Expertise in the development of grant application strategies and proposals (including strategic prioritisation of projects and opportunities).

• Experience with different grant-making bodies and requirements.

• Ability to turn numbers, outcomes and goals into a compelling story.

• Evidence of successful proposal writing, from start to finish, as well as experience with writing concise reports.

• Excellent project-management and organisational skills, including documentation of work, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including confident demeanour and experience in engaging with a diverse range of people.

REMAP is a unique national charity. It brings together two groups of people: volunteers skilled at making things and disabled people who need specialist equipment. Each year, around 3,000 pieces of custom-made equipment help transform the lives of disabled people.

REMAP’s army of ingenious inventors designs and makes equipment for young and old alike and then provides it free of charge. The aim is always to help people achieve quality of life, filling the gap where no suitable equipment is available commercially.

The Role

The Referrals Officer role is critical to the charity. It ensures that our referral process is managed effectively for our clients and branches.

This is both an internal and external role. The person in this role is the first point of contact for all referral queries. You will assign referrals to branches, liaise with clients and volunteers, and maintain our CRM system.

We seek a strong people person with at least two years of experience operating a CRM system regularly (ideally Salesforce). Experience working to develop a CRM system and client journey would be advantageous.

As a small charity, you will thrive in a busy environment, have excellent prioritisation skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We are a supportive team, and you will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider volunteer delivery colleagues to help REMAP support our clients and branches across the UK.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar position and be comfortable working with a diverse range of volunteers/people. We're a registered charity on a mission to improve the way that credit is provided and create better support and solutions for people who are struggling with debt. We conduct high quality research and test out innovative solutions. We're now seeking an External Affairs Lead to ensure we achieve maximum impact.

Working with our Chief Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our stakeholder engagement strategy and will lead our external communications and engagement, including with respect to Parliamentarians, regulators, funders, and the media. 

This a key position in our small but developing organisation, and the role requires a deep commitment to our mission and values. Job Description

Salary Range: £38,000 to £45,000.

We are looking for a fixed term Impact and Evaluation Manager to help us to develop an initial impact and evaluation framework for the organisation. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the aim is to be able to understand, evaluate and learn from our impacts and to track our organisational performance through appropriate data and metrics. It will build on an existing set of metrics that have been developed and provide the foundation for a longer term impact evaluation approach.

Role purpose: 

Lead the development of an initial impact and evaluation framework that will help us to track our progress, demonstrate achievements and ensure accountability.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Consult and work closely with staff and relevant external stakeholders to review current impact performance tracking across all organisation objectives and identify gaps in or improvements required.

• Lead the development and design of an initial impact and evaluation framework and data collection system for Rewilding Britain, including clearly defined and measurable outcomes linked to our Strategic Plan and Theory of Change. 

• Lead on the collation, analysis and communication of monitoring and evaluation data across the organisation and highlight any key trends. 

• Design a dashboard and reporting mechanisms for presenting the data in a way that is easy to use and understand.

• Contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes, data and our technology to enable the charity to collect and analyse impact and monitoring data on an ongoing basis.

• Champion good data practise for all internal databases to ensure data quality and centralisation of data. 

• Support the Fundraising Team in their work to identify, cultivate and inform existing and prospective donors and funding partners with relevant evidence and insights

• Support and collaborate with the wider team on evaluation and monitoring to instil a culture of learning and evaluation across functions

• Extract, interpret, summarise and communicate key stakeholder needs from evaluation and data outputs 

• Work closely with our Data Monitoring Project team to incorporate data from our emerging Rewilding Monitoring Framework into our impact and evaluation framework.

• Produce evaluation reports and the data, stories and case studies for a high quality 10 year Impact Report using this framework.

Terms and conditions and staff benefits

This is a full time, fixed term role for an initial 9 month period, with the possibility of extension. The salary is £37,000 to £42,000 f.t.e depending on experience.

WECare is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will drive engagement, increase visibility, and support our mission by analyzing trends and crafting campaigns that align with our goals. You will oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities, contribute to major campaigns, and enhance our digital presence to meet and exceed targets, playing a key part in shaping WECare’s future marketing strategies.

The position is available for part-time (2-3 days a week) or full-time.

WECare Worldwide is a UK and Sri Lankan registered charity set up by veterinary surgeon Janey Lowes. Our mission is to provide international standard veterinary care for less fortunate animals around the world, starting in Sri Lanka. The WECare Team is made up of passionate, dedicated and brilliant individuals who know how to work hard and enjoy ourselves while we do it. We aim to change the outlook for street dogs worldwide, with 75% of the globe’s dog population going without access to healthcare. We want to plug that gap and provide them with a whole lot of love while we do it!

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Development

• Lead the overall strategic direction for WECare’s digital marketing, focusing on long-term growth and engagement.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans to increase awareness and supporter engagement.
• Conduct audience and market research to shape targeted campaigns and forecast future marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across fundraising, social media, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using data-driven insights to inform adjustments and future strategies.

2. Digital Marketing & Analysis

• Drive WECare’s digital growth by leading SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives.
• Oversee the management of WECare’s digital platforms, ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals and effectively engaging target audiences.
• Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns to optimise performance and inform strategic direction.
• Implement advertising campaigns (Google Ad Grants, paid social media) to attract new supporters and grow WECare’s international reach.
• Support the Fundraising department in developing and improving donor development initiatives, (such as supporter journeys) fostering lasting relationships through platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot CRM.

3. Content Oversight & Campaign Management

• Oversee the creation of content (written, visual, multimedia) by internal teams and external partners, ensuring it aligns with WECare’s messaging and goals.
• Act as a strategic guide for content creation, focusing on maintaining consistency and supporting overall digital strategies.
• Ensure content supports broader marketing and fundraising goals while delegating day-to-day content creation to team members and creative professionals.
• Lead the planning and management of major digital marketing campaigns, working closely with relevant teams to ensure success.

4. Partnership & Community Engagement

• Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and local communities to strengthen WECare's support network.
• Support the organisation and promotion of key events, securing sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility.
• Lead outreach to the local and international community, promoting responsible animal care and building support for WECare’s mission.

5. Performance & Reporting

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
• Review marketing tools, platforms, and technologies regularly to ensure they align with WECare's needs and growth plans.

About the role

We’re looking to recruit a Digital Experience (DX) Project Manager to help us deliver a transformed digital experience for our supporters, colleagues and operations at WWF-UK, in a critical decade for the future of the planet.

As a DX Project Manager, you will join our team to help us plan and deliver a significant digital systems investment programme (including CMS and related digital capabilities). You will collaborate with project teams working across all our systems projects to coordinate plans, interdependencies and risks. We will look to you to oversee the successful delivery of each phase of this programme, from supplier selection and onboarding through to discovery, build and Go Live. We’ll need you to solve problems, keep an eye on risk and issues, communicate and manage change, and ensure users are trained to make the best use of new systems.  You will also keep us on track, closely managing budget and timelines.

We’re looking for someone with:

· Experience of successfully project managing digital system implementations (e.g. CMS, DXP, personalisation or marketing automation systems)

· Used to managing multiple stakeholders across business units with different needs & audiences

· Experience of using a range of project management techniques/software

· Experience in managing digital transformation projects an advantage

· Excellent communication, influencing, relationship-building and interpersonal skills

· Confidence with planning and managing project budgets, timelines, reporting and managing risks and issues

Main Role & Responsibilities

As our Training & Engagement Manager: London & South East, you will be an active member of our Programmes team and work across our portfolio of programmes with particular focus on the Education programme. 

You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, developing relationships and promoting Ygam training in London & the South East. You will recruit suitable delegates to workshops, working closely with a range of stakeholders from the education sector. 

You will provide training both face to face and online, with responsibility for delivering our assured workshops and promoting our work at conferences and events.
