About RoadPeace: RoadPeace is the national charity for road crash victims in the UK. Role Overview: The CEO will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational management for RoadPeace. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to enhance the charity’s visibility and effectiveness.

As our Interim co-director: campaigns & communications you’ll support and oversee a team of talented campaigners and communicators delivering our vision of a zero carbon Britain built by, and for, everyone. This interim role is designed to cover a 12 month parental leave period, and will join during a period of wider organisational change. This creates opportunities for impact, but presents challenges too. You’ll therefore be someone who is comfortable working within organisational change, is able to adapt quickly to new circumstances, take initiative - and sees themselves as a team player.

The role sits within a collaborative leadership team, comprising two Co-directors until July 2025, and three from July-November 2025 (due to a Co-director returning from sabbatical). As a Philanthropy Executive, you will work closely with the Philanthropy Manager supporting the development of a proactive and sustainable major donor programme. You will develop and use stewardship tools to guide donors through their giving journey, including cultivation plans, proposals, and reports. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with colleagues and volunteers across the organisation to support our fundraising efforts.

What are we looking for?

A very skilled communicator with the ability to write and present clearly and persuasively. You should have experience securing major donations or other high-value support, or managing influential partnerships; ideally within a similar role in either the charity or commercial sector. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with individuals and organisations at all levels is essential.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets is desirable. You should be creative and adaptable, able to identify and maximise opportunities. Strong IT skills are important, and knowledge of Raisers Edge is a plus.

Sightsavers is looking for a Brand Services Executive - a new role within our expanding team to support with brand requests and queries from across the organisation

Salary: £28,682 to £33,743

Location: UK remote - with occasional travel to Haywards Heath, West Sussex when required

We are looking for a Brand Services Executive to support with brand requests and queries from across the organisation, to ensure the Sightsavers brand standards are implemented, and that colleagues are familiar with and know how to use the brand resources available to them. They will work directly with internal clients, providing authoritative project coordination as well as commissioning services and materials from suppliers and delivering branding projects..

Key duties will include:

• Work in close partnership with the global brand manager to project manage brand assignments and tasks
• Manage relationships with internal clients both in the UK and overseas
• Work with the team to ensure clients' requirements are met and all brand projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Help brief in design and copy to the broader team, and deliver branded materials throughout the organisation as requested
• Ensure all brand projects and materials adhere to brand and accessibility guidelines
• Maintain brand templates, assets, guidelines and content management systems
• Develop and update branded templates in Microsoft Office, InDesign and Photoshop
• Respond to straightforward brand queries from across the organisation
• Support the global brand manager with the implementation of an inclusive brand training programme
• Ensure colleagues are familiar with Sightsavers' brand standards, including visual branding elements, use of language and accessibility requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues globally who have a range of branding and communications knowledge.
• Good 'soft' communications skills, including influencing, negotiating and managing expectations.
• Experience working directly with designers and content creators.
• Demonstrable ability to take instruction, work proactively and complete tasks.

This is a full time, permanent role, paying £34,284 and offering hybrid working, with a requirement to be based at their West End London office, 2 days per week.

As an Events Executive who will provide support in the organisation, delivery, evaluation, and development of a range of in-person and digital events.

Main Duties include:

* Supporting the Events Team in the co-ordination and delivery of key College events.

* Organising the delivery of smaller College events with support from other team

members, including regional events, webinars, online peer reviews, and other ad-hoc

events.

* Maintaing accurate data on events, anaylsing the results and implementing change

* Liaising with suppliers, venues, facilitators and speakers, as well as negotiating

contracts

* Coordinating, collecting and, promoting events in collaboration with the

Communications team

Sightsavers is looking for an Individual Giving Executive (Retention) to work in the Global Individual Giving team. The team is responsible for retaining supporters and building relationships to maximise lifetime value to the charity, predominantly by generating ongoing cash donations, regular gifts and legacy pledges.

We are looking for a passionate fundraiser or direct marketer with a hands-on approach to deliver effective fundraising campaigns across the UK and Norway and work closely with the Italy and Ireland teams to maximise supporter engagement and long-term income growth for Sightsavers.

To succeed in this role you will have:
* experience in Fundraising or Direct Marketing to include implementing successful direct marketing campaigns to mass market audiences
* previous experience with the print process, working with agencies, data and managing campaign budgets
* project management and planning skills as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Sightsavers offers a very flexible and supportive work environment, with the option to work a hybrid working pattern or almost entirely working from home (UK).
