About the Role
Our Help to Claim service assists people with claiming Universal Credit (UC), from advising if UC is the right benefit for them up to ensuring they receive their first correct payment. Citizens Advice Camden has been delivering the Help to Claim service since it launched five years ago.
Help to Claim is delivered by telephone, email and webchat as part of the national service. The service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. As a Help to Claim Adviser, you will contribute towards delivery of this service across all channels on a rota basis. We are based in central London and our Help to Claim team will be working a hybrid office-based/ remote model.
The role is open to qualified advisers who have recent experience in delivering advice on Universal Credit. Whilst we are keen to provide paid to train opportunities where we can, this role is not suitable for a trainee and such applications cannot be considered. As a requirement of this role, all staff must also pass a basic DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.

About the role:
The successful applicant will work alongside our Trustees, our CEO and our existing Head of Fundraising and Communications in a jobshare to meet challenging fundraising targets. You will be joining us at an exciting time of development, as we open at our third site in Islington, welcome new members of staff to our team and begin work on a new strategy for 2025-2028. We have a strong track record of grant fundraising and seek someone who can support us to diversify our income, develop a fundraising strategy with a variety of income streams and bring experience and ideas to raise our profile. The Lead Instructor Role:

About the role
The Corporate Relationships Executive provides administrative solutions and support to the Business and Industry (B&I) team, with a particular focus on supporting our work with Corporate Members. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Relationships, this role works closely with the Head and three Corporate Relationships Managers, and the wider B&I team, to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a specialised Cases Unit, playing a key part in its day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include managing and organising case documents, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication with legal teams, and assisting in casework activities.
