Are you the dynamic and driven Project Manager we seek to support our school improvement team at Haringey Education Partnership? This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective management of teams, systems management and record keeping, stakeholder engagement and relationships across various educational projects aimed at enhancing school performance and pedagogical outcomes.
This is a new role in our organisation with the potential to be shaped and developed. The successful candidate will be supported to be ambitious and innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a large consultancy team and their work in schools
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting for school improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational innovation, policies, regulations, and political landscape affecting schools and the education sector
- Be proficient in using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office suite, and basic website management platforms to create and disseminate educational high-quality resources and communications in line with HEP brand guidelines
- Develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with schools, educators, local authorities, and other partners
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Work independently and efficiently under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Demonstrate a strong moral purpose and understanding of the mission and values of Haringey Education Partnership.
Qualifications and skills:
- Educated to at least degree level
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic website management tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

About the role
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team. You will support impact measurement and evaluation across a suite of over 20 Young Enterprise programmes and services, plus fundraising, marketing, volunteering and alumni activity. You will be involved in collating learning from across Young Enterprise, including leading on data collection through our existing systems, analysis and disseminating findings through various means including our internal evidence hub, external reports, senior leadership updates and internal project reports.
This is a fast-moving role which will require you to have a flexible approach. You will be able to work independently on impact and evaluation tasks (with guidance from the Head of Impact and Insights) while working closely with colleagues from a range of teams and functions across the charity. The ability to manage your workload across multiple projects is a key part of this role, as well as thinking broadly and creatively about improving and embedding good impact practice at Young Enterprise as an integral part of our upcoming Transforming Futures strategy (2024-2030).

As Head of Development, you will be a key member of a small team. Reporting to the incoming Chief Executive, you will develop and implement the preexisting fundraising strategy and guide the organisation’s communications and PR strategy. You will inherit a strategically developed portfolio of relationships and income streams, with particular strengths in trusts and foundations, and a strong network of individual donors and scope to build corporates. As Head of Development, you will:

- Manage and attend an annual series of fundraising events, from relaxed open days to formal receptions

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience of securing 5- and 6-figure grants from a range of trust, statutory and/or individual sources

- An outgoing, approachable, confident and professional manner in dealing with donors, prospects and other stakeholders

Overview of the Directorate
The Education Department manages and develops the ESU's portfolio of education programmes. This portfolio encompasses teaching programmes, domestic and international competitions, short and long-term interventions in schools and external educations, continual professional development oppertunities for teachers,awards and scholarships. All of which are focused on giving young people the speaking & listening skills and the cross-cultural understaing they need to thrive.
Purpose of this role
The main purpose of the role is to carry out and assist in the administration and day to day running of the ESU’s educational programmes, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing delivery staff to ensure collective goals and objectives are reached
Responsibilities and Expectations
· Support with the smooth running and delivery of ESU Education’s domestic & international programmes as needed
· Be the first respondent to incoming calls and emails from educators, ESU partners and the general public, providing timely and professional responses to all enquiries
· Manage ESU spreadsheets and data across various Excel and our CRM system to ensure clean and accurate data collection and collation
· As needed, support with the development and improvement of education resources
· Liaise with the ESU’s Accounts Department regarding invoicing, delivery staff pay and expenses.
· Maintain accurate records of all bookings, delivery staff status, schools, public feedback and other relevant information.
· To support with delivery of workshops in schools, undertaking training to ensure delivery and teaching matches ESU standards
· Where appropriate source venues, confirm catering arrangements and other operational requirements regarding Education events.
· Assist the department in ad-hoc admin work as needed such as printing
· Participate in call-rounds as part of the department’s sales and onboarding efforts
· Co-ordinate the collection of process evaluation & impact data.
To work or travel over occasional evenings and weekends as directed by line manager, with time off in lieu.
· On occasion, support young people during workshops, residential programmes and competition events to ensure these key beneficiaries are supported throughout their engagement with the ESU.
