Security

The Royal Drawing School, an independent, not-for-profit charity aims to raise the standard and profile of drawing through teaching and practice. It is one of the few institutions in the world offering in-depth quality observational drawing tuition for adults and children of all ages and abilities.
The School is looking to appoint an IT Operations Manager (permanent, part-time 3 days per week) to assume overall responsibility for the Schools IT operations and support. This is a highly rewarding role for an experienced Family Support Coordinator to provide support to the families and loved ones of people affected by addiction as part of our successful Families Living in Recovery Project. You will establish professional, supportive relationships with the families of those in recovery through a range of 121 and group interventions to create opportunities for purposeful and sustained support.
Taking a whole family approach, you will also build and establish strong links with our partner agencies including The Living Room and Relate. Sessions will be delivered in person from the Living Room centers in Watford, St Albans and Stevenage and online.

About the role
As one of our Senior Marketing Managers in the Brand team, you will be at the forefront of delivering the integrated Christmas campaign for 2025. You will lead the development, execution, and evaluation of this pivotal campaign, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and meet their targets. This campaign is crucial in inspiring more people to engage with and support the BHF’s life-changing, life-saving work.
Your role will be vital in maintaining consistency across all integrated activities and identifying and leveraging income-generating opportunities, as this is one of our most critical income-generating campaigns.
You will oversee the expert delivery of our brand messages and the application of our visual identity across all communications charity-wide. You will challenge agencies, partners, and in-house teams to create integrated and inspiring work that showcases the power of the BHF brand.
With a deep understanding of the charity, its strategies, objectives, brand challenges, and project priorities, you will contribute to briefs, develop creative ideas, and provide feedback to agencies and campaign leads. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will help leverage, manage, and integrate key partners, including agencies and teams across the organisation, to increase income through established fundraising and brand initiatives.
This role is essential in helping BHF provide information and support to everyone affected by cardiovascular disease.
About you
With a strong experience in developing and leading integrated brand campaigns, you’ll be both innovative and creative, with expertise in brand and visual identity management.
You’ll have a CIM/IDM or similar marketing qualification and a proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in charity or health marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brief.
Additionally, you have strong influencing and negotiating skills, with previous experience managing agencies and suppliers and fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, using diplomacy and empathy.
To be successful, you will be:
- Proven experience in developing and leading ATL integrated brand campaigns
- Experienced in marketing activities across various channels and formats including TV, radio, outdoor, press, digital.

This is an incredible role at a prominent assistance dog charity where you role will be a part of our essential work that transforms lives every day.
What you will do:
This is a vital role in our Fundraising team, where you will be working with individuals, organisations, schools and small businesses in the local areas across Scotland to raise income and awareness for Canine Partners. You will recruit, manage and inspire fundraising volunteers to support us to raise much-needed funds. You will be passionate about stewarding existing relationships and cultivating news ones, ensuring an outstanding donor experience. Taking a proactive approach will be key to showcasing our work and charitable goals.
It is an exciting time to join us, as the charity marks its 35th anniversary this year year and we will be doing lots to celebrate! Including lots of ambitious projects such as setting up the community fundraising hub in Scotland, which you will play a pivotal part in.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in community fundraising and events management.
- A successful track record of securing and maintaining income and support from community-based organisations.
- Proven experience of effectively manging relationships volunteers, supporters, and or external stakeholders/audiences.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and take initiative to prioritise.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of creating, forecasting, and monitoring budgets to deliver against income and expenditure targets.
- The ability to travel in line with the requirements of the role.

The Role

Responsibilities
About the role:
- Supporting young people from point of entry into the service and through their treatment journey
- You will lead on supporting young people who require specialist substance use interventions who are also open to the Newham youth justice service.
- Providing screening, assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated care planning, post treatment support, including transfer of care
- Identifying and responding effectively to potential safeguarding issues
- Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to young people and the wider community
- Promoting carer, service user and community involvement
- Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
- Working with young people to support positive, holistic outcomes in relation to their health and wellbeing, enabling them to lead safe, healthy, and purposeful lives: reducing risk and increasing resilience
- Working flexibly across sites where required
About you:
- Experience of working with young people and knowledge of the issues they face
- Knowledge of safeguarding concerns in relation to children and young people and the Fraser Competence framework
- Have an excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field
- Knowledge of working with evidence-based practice around young people’s substance misuse treatment services and methods, including relevant best practice guidance
- An accomplished communicator, both verbal and written with a high degree of personal IT competency
- Be able to accurately update and maintain records and to work to deadlines for the submission of information, e.g., reports
- Have excellent team working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a highly cooperative
- approach to supporting colleagues in delivering service objectives
