We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a project worker to lead our Centre for Warmth initiative, a vital community-driven project aimed at improving access to essential services and supporting local residents in building stronger, more connected communities. This role will focus on engaging a wide range of community members, including working with schools to provide key information about CO alarms, supporting individuals in signing up for the Priority Services Register, and developing an engaging and inclusive program at our Oasis Community Space that brings people together.

You will be responsible for identifying local needs, coordinating services, and creating opportunities for residents to access important information and resources. The successful post holder must have:

The Corporate Partnerships Department is comprised of three teams – a national Partnership Management team and a national New Business team, both based in London, and a regional Partnerships team, based across the UK. We are looking to recruit a Partnership Executive to join the national Partnership Management team.
The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of corporate fundraising and the charity sector and will be excited about the opportunity to support our work. The Role
This is a new role created to support and build upon a successful legacies programme, and to develop the potential of in-memory giving. You will be supporting the Development Manager (Legacies) to deliver the legacy marketing programmes, supporter stewardship, and legacy administration.
The varied scope includes delivering projects and communications to promote gifts in wills and in-memory giving, managing the stewardship of your own portfolio of legacy supporters, and assisting with legacy administration when gifts are received. Whilst reporting to the Development Manager you will also work closely with eight other colleagues in the Development team, and others throughout the organisation. Occasional travel will be also required for site visits, meetings and events to engage supporters face to face with our work throughout the UK.

• Acknowledge and celebrate gifts in wills to raise awareness throughout the organisation, with its followers, supporters, visitors, staff and volunteers.
• Gather content from colleagues to produce high quality and inspirational updates for legacy supporters and their families.
• Respond to potential enquiries about all types of legacy gifts and gather details about each.
• Plan and run legacy seminars given by a volunteer solicitor, and an annual in-person event for identified legacy supporters.
• Support and champion the promotion of legacy giving through the organisation.
About You
We are seeking a Development Officer (Legacies) to support the development and delivery of the legacies programme for the charity.
You will have:
• Excellent customer/donor care experience with a proven track record of exceptional listening skills.
• Examples of writing marketing or fundraising reports and proposals, updates etc.
• Ability to communicate with different audiences, both verbally and via written communications.
• Methodical and organised approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to plan and prioritise.

About you:
You are a marketing and communications professional with experience across multiple channels and tools, including web, email, social media, print, PR, and face-to-face communications. You’ll bring innovative ideas to support the Fundraising Manager in the delivery of our fundraising strategy, helping to integrate online and offline activities to demonstrate our impact and engage diverse audiences.
You're confident in managing multi-channel campaigns and have experience designing digital and print promotional materials, managing social media and web content, and using SEO/PPC to boost engagement. You'll have experience using CRM systems and analytics tools to help develop marketing plans that achieve clear objectives and measurable outcomes, aligned with our fundraising strategy.
A strong communicator, you can create compelling copy for various platforms and audiences. You have experience sourcing impactful content to support fundraising campaigns including photography and video editing. With support, you can develop, test, and evaluate campaigns to demonstrate the success of your ideas and apply learnings. Your flexibility, organisational and prioritisation skills enable you to enjoy working in a small but fast-paced team.

About the role
We’re working to build and grow a powerful movement of people to transform the experience of people living with Parkinson’s. A big part of how we will do that is by engaging and mobilising our existing supporters through a wide variety of channels to take additional actions in support of Parkinson’s UK
You’ll be instrumental in devising and delivering the strategic plans to achieve our ambitions for supporter engagement, as well as leading the teams responsible for delivering email and supporter journeys across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Lead the approach to mapping and visualising Supporter Journeys at Parkinson’s UK - looking for opportunities and pain points
- Work closely with the Supporter Engagement Lead to deliver the Supporter Engagement Transformation programme which is our key programme for growing retention
- Work closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager (email), who leads the central email journey and decentralised email management
- Lead the audience planning process for supporters at Parkinson’s UK
- Lead the development of the audience planning process so that it achieves its ultimate aim of improving experience at Parkinson’s UK

Main Responsibilities of the post
