Supporting the Senior Analysis Officer and the Reporting & Data Quality Officer, this new role will help us to provide and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics for both the Income Generation and Operations teams at Battersea. By joining our team, the successful candidate will play a key part in enhancing our data capabilities and supporting our mission to be there for every dog and cat.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working with data visualisation tools, excellent numerical and analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex data, analysis, or technical information, and experience of writing queries to extract and manipulate data using (e.g.) SQL, Power Query, etc.

About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing donor data within the ThankQ CRM system, supporting financial processes such as income reconciliation, and providing exceptional supporter care through timely and personalised communications. They will work closely with colleagues across fundraising and finance, ensuring that our supporters feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions.
Responsibilities:
Donor Stewardship and Supporter Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for donors, ensuring that all donations are promptly receipted and acknowledged.
- Be responsible for all donor entries and conduct donor research, including KYD (Know Your Donor) statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of Gift Aid declarations/opt-outs and ensure they are saved to the ThankQ CRM system.
- Support mid-level donors interested in increasing their engagement with Chain of Hope.
- Record donor opt-ins/opt-outs on ThankQ and pass relevant information to the Communications Manager.
Data Management and CRM Administration (ThankQ CRM)
- Accurately input and maintain supporter records in the ThankQ CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practices.
- Generate reports and insights to support fundraising strategy and donor stewardship.
- Work with the team to improve CRM processes and ensure effective data usage.
- Conduct quarterly thank you letter audits to ensure consistency and quality in donor communications.
Income Processing and Financial Reconciliation
- Process and reconcile donations, including Direct Debits, Standing Orders, and online giving platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of online giving platform data.
- Ensure each donation is accurately recorded in ThankQ.
- Support the finance team with coding and tracking income across different fundraising streams.
- Produce regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly income reconciliation and batch approvals with finance team.
- Support the fundraising manager with quarterly Gift Aid claims.
Fundraising and Events Support
- Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including challenge events and community fundraising.
- Support the coordination of fundraising events, including guest lists, invitations, and logistics.
General Responsibilities
- Daily: Process ThankQ donations and send thank you letters.
- Weekly: Reconcile income between ThankQ and the bank.
- Monthly: Conduct income reconciliation and batch approvals.
- Quarterly: Submit Gift Aid claims and conduct
About You
This role requires a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, using a CRM, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with donors. Ideally, you will have fundraising experience to understand the key skills and experiences required for this role

About this role
The Deputy Director, Legal and Governance is responsible for providing independent, strategic and proactive legal advice to Reprieve and is a critical member of the Senior Management Team. This is an exciting and varied role in which no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to interact with inspiring people throughout Reprieve as well as those outside of Reprieve who are integral partners in our work.
The Deputy Director, Legal and Governance will be a UK-based qualified solicitor or barrister, or have an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction with sufficient experience working within the UK in a legal capacity either in private practice or in-house environment.
The Deputy Director, Legal and Governance will report to Reprieve’s Board and its Risk Committee; and attend, observe and minute meetings of our Finance Committee and Nominations Committee. They will be expected to play a key role in any special ad-hoc committees established by the Board from time to time, for instance, in the event of a serious incident occurring.
All staff will feel confident to approach the Deputy Director, Legal and Governance with challenging legal questions that cut across Reprieve cases, fundraising and operations. Trustees will feel confident to entrust you to support the SMT in managing risks at Reprieve, and third parties such as suppliers and external counsel will feel comfortable liaising with you, even when the issues being discussed are complex and confidential.

The Deputy Director, Legal and Governance will have a proven ability to think pragmatically and laterally, to provide sound judgement, to work and collaborate well with teams, and to communicate effectively. Location, contract and salary
The role is a part-time (four days per week) permanent position with an annual salary of £53,620.80 FTE (pro-rated to £53,621 for a four-day week) per annum less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% of their working hours from the London office and the rest of the week from home. The key responsibilities will be:
- The charity operates 800 discretionary funds on behalf of individual wards and doctors. Transactions relating to these funds make up most of the day-to-day work for the finance team and this role will play a key part in assisting with this.
- Support both functions, investigating receipts and following up on unpaid invoices.

The role is central to our Youth Catalyst Strategy, focusing on introducing young people to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging their discipleship growth.
The key responsibilities of the role include:

Mission and Discipleship: Establish new mission and discipleship activities in and around the secondary School Hub. Organize termly worship gatherings and build links with local churches and youth ministries.

Relationship Building: Work closely with school staff, local churches, and community links to develop and nurture missional activities.

Administration: Create and monitor an annual work plan, manage a budget, and ensure all activities comply with safeguarding guidelines.

Leadership: Provide supervision, coaching, and training to Trainee youth leaders. Act as a catalyst for mission within the school setting and support current chaplaincy provisions.

Community Engagement: Develop small group discipleship structures and organize critical mass worship events and annual mission weeks in the school.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Degree in youth ministry, youth work or Theology

Experience: Proven experience in missional youth activity and working in secondary school settings, and ability to lead worship gatherings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented fundraiser to join our team in the role of Community Fundraising Officer.
JOB OVERVIEW
Working with the Events & Community Fundraising Coordinator, the Community Fundraising Officer will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of community fundraising activities. This currently includes a recipe club, fundraising campaigns, online raffle and auctions, and attendance at events, alongside supporting individuals, organisations and groups who are organising fundraising events on behalf of the Trust.
While prior third sector experience is required, it's just as important that the successful candidate has excellent communication skills and strong organisational and administrative abilities. This is an exciting time to join the team as we drive a new strategy forwards to widen our presence across the country and increase active involvement with the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver polished supporter journeys for all community fundraisers, ensuring maximum fundraising returns.
- Answer general enquiries and distribute community fundraising packs to supporters who are holding local events or participating in our fundraising campaigns.
- Recruit and manage volunteers, encouraging them to promote the Trust within their local community through event attendance and fundraising initiatives.
- Organise volunteer attendance at the Trust’s own challenge events, including Trailwalker. Handle requests from supporters for Trust representative to attend events, talks or cheque presentations.
- Identify appropriate third party events and manage the Trust’s attendance, with the aim of engaging with supporters, recruiting volunteers, and strengthening the Trust’s brand.
- Work with the Events & Community Fundraising Coordinator to develop a yearly strategy to grow income from community fundraising in line with the wider strategy. Develop new income streams through campaigns and/or introducing new communities to the work of the Trust.
- Formulate and oversee the annual Community Fundraising budget, including income and expenditure. Liaise with the donations processing and Finance teams to ensure challenge and community income is allocated and recorded correctly.
- Work with the Communications team to ensure effective promotion of community fundraising initiatives across all relevant mediums.
- Work with the Communications team to showcase any new initiatives, developing attractive and innovative fundraising assets and ensuring they are readily available for our supporters. Set up smooth, accessible sign-up processes, capturing contact preferences and relevant data that will assist with evaluation and analysis.
- Monitor and report on agreed KPIs relating to Community Fundraising.

This role demands comfort in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams with potentially opposing objectives. The Role
The role of the Relationship Fundraiser will be to develop fundraising income through nurturing relationships with individuals, companies and groups. Duties will include:
- Identifying fundraising opportunities with new audiences including individuals, community groups, faith groups, regional corporates, local trusts, volunteers, local events etc.
- Working with the Fundraising Manager to achieve financial targets and budgets.
