About the role
As Mid Value Manager, you will take ownership of our mid-value programme, working closely with teams across Fundraising & Marketing to engage, retain, and grow relationships with supporters at the mid-value level.
You will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire increased engagement, loyalty, and financial support.
In this role, you will:
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to attract, retain, and engage mid-value supporters, using data and insights to build long-term relationships.
- Plan and execute activities to meet ambitious mid-value income and loyalty targets.
- Collaborate with the Loyalty and Philanthropy teams to build effective supporter journeys, moving supporters between value levels based on opportunity.
- Analyse the effectiveness of activities, using a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve engagement.
- Manage the creation of mid-value supporter content and creative assets, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
- Oversee mid-value income and expenditure budgets, supporting planning, reporting, and reforecasting.

About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Experience of attracting, retaining, and engaging supporters, ideally at the mid-value level.
- Proven experience in delivering activities across areas such as email, telemarketing, events mail, and/or 1-2-1 stewardship.
- Project management skills, with experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience developing creative assets to drive supporter engagement and action. Ability to analyse complex data, translating insights into strategic decisions.

About the role
As our Product Events Executive, you will be working across our portfolio of amazing third-party events, including the Brighton Marathon Weekend, Hackney Half Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon and the Action Challenge series. You will successfully manage the full delivery of your portfolio, including recruitment, stewardship and event day activations.
You will plan and deliver sector-leading stewardship for our supporters, bringing the events to life and encouraging participants to fundraise for the charity.
Working closely with the Senior Product Executive, and the wider product deliver team, to deliver your own product portfolio over the long-term and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure resource and continued portfolio growth.

About the role
As our Senior Data Executive, you’ll be ensuring effective data management for the BHF by extracting data for marketing communications, supporting data imports, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to optimise data quality. You’ll be responsible for marketing data extracts, maintaining data quality through CRM updates using an ETL tool, and championing data best practices while identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with fundraising and marketing teams to establish selection criteria for data extracts, you will ensure accurate and timely data exchange with suppliers, manage CRM database data, and resolve data quality issues. All this will ensure you gain a full understanding of customer requirements to achieve their desired outcomes and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

About you
With proven previous experience running complex and large database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, you'll have experience ensuring complex and high-volume data quality and accuracy. You’ll have strong experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven track record in importing and exporting data with external agencies. Your attention to detail and strong numeracy skills will enable you to deliver high-quality data management.
Ideally, you will have a background in fundraising and have gained experience in providing data and interpretation to direct marketing teams for major campaigns, as well as writing SQL queries. The Health Foundation is an independent charitable organisation working to build a healthier UK.

BACKGROUND
The External Communications Officer forms part of the Communications and Engagement Directorate, reporting into the Senior External Communications Manager. Given the growth of the Institute, the external communications officer would join a busy team in a vibrant and energetic communications and marketing department. The postholder manages a wide portfolio of projects, announcements and collaborations, working with stakeholders and partner organisation at the local, national and international level. The External Communications Officer will provide proactive comms planning and project management, media support, advice and expertise on matters relating to the Institute’s external communications.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We’re seeking a candidate with strong written & oral communication skills and demonstrable experience of collaborating with peers & technical experts to create engaging, insight driven communication plans. You should have strong knowledge of current communication industry trends and experience in working with the media in a press office or communications environment. External communications

The Creative team sit within Brand and Content, providing a range of services, advice and
creative expertise for the wider organisation related to campaigns, services, social media,
copywriting, web content, and organic social.
The Creative Team’s focus is to:

execution.

Person specification

The Dementia Adviser Service provides responsive and individualised support to people with a dementia diagnosis and their carers within their community. Our dedicated team provide information, advice and guidance; face-to-face, telephone and online helping to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives.
You will be part of a highly motivated and supportive team, sharing responsibility of some admin tasks, including local service telephone cover and facilitating support groups.
You will be:
- Supporting people affected by dementia, families and carers to access vital services.
- Improving people’s sense of well-being, enabling them to have more control over their lives.
- Assisting with the identification of needs, providing information and access to relevant services.
- Build relationships with a range of local contacts, networking with health and care professionals.
- Develop networks and pathways with partner organisations who work in the field of dementia, ensuring seamless and consistent support and empowering carers to make informed choices.
About you
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with an understanding of dementia and the needs of people affected by dementia and those who care for them.
You will:
- Have excellent communication skills to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Understand client confidentiality and how this is applied when representing client needs. - Possess previous experience supporting people, preferably those living with dementia.
- Have the ability and means able to travel independently around Gloucestershire including Forest of Dean.

Primary job functions and key accountabilities
- Representing the sector and wider Association at meetings, conferences, exhibitions etc. and making presentations on the work of the Association and the interests of members.
- Ensuring the effective working of the sector forum, including organising and taking minutes of the Biogas forum meetings (held at least quarterly) and Steering Groups for Biogas and separately Hydrogen and landfill gas.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, other forums and, where appropriate, other stakeholders to strengthen the sector’s influence. This includes working on industry-wide campaigns.
- Line management of team member working within the Heat & Cooling pillar of the policy team.
- Driving member retention and recruitment. Developing and implementing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones as well as other revenue-generating activities.
- Drafting policy statements and consultation responses relevant to the sector.
- Either from the start or as part of a later career progression, there may be the opportunity to also work on other heat technologies.
- Responding to members’ requests for information and support.
- Contributing to building and maintaining the Association’s information resources.
- Working with the events team in the organisation and planning of high-profile sector events (eg UK Green Gas Day, and their Hydrogen Conference).

We are looking to recruit a Public Events Manager to join our dynamic Events team based at our Midlands site. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
The Royal Air Force Museum is a national museum, a Government non-departmental public body (NDPB) and a registered charity, with two sister sites at London and Midlands. Our purpose is to share the RAF story, past, present and future - using the stories of its people and our collections in order to engage, inform and inspire. Purpose of the Public Events Manager role is to:
The principle purpose of the role of Museum Public Events Manager will be to lead the development of our public events programme at their site and all aspects of its implementation. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Events and Catering to develop our Public Events strategy and how it is applied into the relevant location. This will include responsibility for all aspects of event planning, delivery and management, all key partner development and management, all audience development and evaluation and all events budgeting and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities of our Public Events Manager include:
- To work with Head of Events and Catering to develop our Public Events strategy, that articulates the long-term objectives of the programme across all Museum sites and audience groups

- Take lead responsibility for the management of the Public Events Volunteers, working with our Volunteering team to develop the team
- To work closely with the Operations and Visitor Experience team to deliver events, this will include staff briefings for events and training to deliver activities
- Take lead responsibility for the development of all post event analytics and their dissemination to key stakeholders around the Museum. This will include working closely with the Campaigns and Digital Marketing teams to ensure event analytics are effectively integrated into our wider Audience Development Plan
- Work closely with the Marketing and PR department to develop marketing plans for events, design work and copy
What we are looking for in our Public Events Manager:
- Demonstrable and proven experience of working within a busy public events function
