About The Role

You'll be joining the senior team within the Philanthropy & Partnerships Department and leading an area where income has grown exponentially in recent years.

As Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will head up the corporate partnerships team (currently two direct reports) to achieve income targets in excess of £1.5M.

You will be responsible for raising critical funds for conservation projects in the UK and internationally. This includes transformational partnerships that are delivering wetland creation at landscape scale and enabling WWT to unlock natural capital investment opportunities.

The role is a permanent full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is based at our Slimbridge office and suitable for hybrid working, with around a day a week required in the office.

The Role:

Oxfam GBs Senior Restricted Contract Risk Manager will support the International Operations Director, the Head of Operations Improvement and Delivery and the Contract Risk Team Lead to deliver high quality support and oversight across Oxfam GB’s international programme restricted contract portfolio. This is a maternity cover.

What we are looking for:

You will bring the following five key skills and competencies into this role:

• Proven experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces and in line with feminist leadership principles
• Proven track record in award and contract management for a large international organisation or donor agency, preferably attained in a country context.
• Demonstrable experience of preparing complex and large project budgets, business analysis, and donor reports (including financial and narrative information) and / or project management experience / qualification
• Ability to influence outcomes, facilitate processes, and work with others without direct line management authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• In addition, competency in Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi / Urdu or Swahili is also desirable.

The Eve Appeal

The Eve Appeal is the UK’s leading charity working on prevention of the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal. Our aim is to prevent gynaecological cancers and save lives by raising awareness and funding ground-breaking research focused on risk prediction, earlier detection and developing screening for all of the five gynae cancers.

What's this role about?

This exciting position is responsible for delivering our fundraising programme to the public, with support from our Deputy Head of Fundraising.

You will focus on delivering key fundraising activities and an exceptional experience to a wide range of supporters, ensuring that you deepen relationships and maximise value. You will also coordinate and deliver the marketing of our public fundraising activity, alongside colleagues in communications and digital engagement.

The role works across three key areas:

• Individual giving (direct marketing, regular giving, in-memory)

We do not expect you to have experience across all three areas.

This role is also responsible for the line management of our Fundraising Assistant, who you will help to develop in their role and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

To fulfil this role, we believe you will need the following skills and experiences:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the St Mungo’s Digital Fundraising team as a Digital Fundraising Manager. You will be joining our small and dedicated team, working as part of the wider fundraising directorate to contribute towards the growth and success of St Mungo’s Digital Fundraising Strategy, which ultimately supports people experiencing homelessness and our aim to end rough sleeping for good.

You will work with our Digital Fundraising Officers to develop and deliver our programme of digital marketing and content development across paid and owned channels to raise income for St Mungo’s. We have ambitious plans to grow our digital fundraising, and this role will be key in developing our programme over the coming years. Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Providing line management, support and supervision to team members, overseeing their delivery of paid and organic social media activity, our email programme, search activity and website UX development.
• Leading on content strategies and content production.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of our digital channels and making recommendations to feed into our digital strategy. 

About you

We think this role will suit an ambitious individual who wants to lead a high performing team and develop their skills and experience while working for a leading homelessness charity.

• You will be a creative and proactive person, able to lead a team delivering digital marketing and content across a range of channels.
• You should have experience of using a range of digital channels such as social, email and search, and be experienced in developing content for digital channels including website content, and optimising supporter journeys.
• You will have experience of monitoring and analysing performance data and audience insights to improve digital campaigns and programmes.

As a Fundraising Manager- Events, you will:

• Be responsible for the strategy and planning of the Events portfolio, and supporting the Community, Events, Products team to reach its long-term target of raising £15 million.
• You will form strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the charity
• Plan, implement and drive forwards the Events Team strategy with a focus on audience insight, portfolio management, marketing and stewardship.

• Lead the team of a fantastic fundraisers

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Experience in leadership of a team with a track record of achieving income targets
• A track record of meeting targets across acquisition campaigns and stewardship Journeys
• Line management experience
• Demonstrable experience in championing a team at an organisational level with
• Excellent skills in influencing and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of successfully managing agencies and suppliers
• Experience of managing mass participation or Community and Events programmes (desirable)

Salary: starting salary £52,973 per annum

Contract type:Full-time, 12 months FTC  (35 hour week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced social and digital media professional to join the leading international horse charity World Horse Welfare. 

The Social and Digital Media Officer plans, creates and publishes the charity’s social media and digital communications, ensuring accurate content and the right brand look, feel and messaging.  Working to the Head of Communications and with the wider team, you will organise and proactively seek out stories and other content from across the charity to engage audiences through our digital media channels, including social platforms, the website and email. A key part of this role is testing and refining approaches to increase reach, engagement, website traffic and donations and to rigorously monitor and evaluate results to inform further activity. 

We are looking for someone who has experience in the management of social media channels, a passion for social and digital media with a creative approach to engaging online audiences.  You will possess first-rate written and oral communications skills, digital content creation including images and video, excellent attention to detail and the ability to write quality copy in a variety of styles quickly.  You must be proactive, confident and capable of working with people at all levels in a variety of spheres. You must have a flexible approach to your work and be willing to work outside of normal office hours where necessary.  Equine knowledge and experience is highly desirable.

The role is based in Norfolk and is a hybrid split of 2 days in our head office in Snetterton and 3 days at home.  You may be required to attend events around the UK.

Job Summary

Through the management of a high performing team you will drive the recruitment of new fundraising volunteers and provide a high standards of supporter stewardship through In Aid Of fundraising, increasing income and long-term commitment and support. You will recruit, retain and manage members of the community fundraising team, geographically dispersed throughout England and ensure the team are providing best practice advice on legal requirements, policies and alignment to the Fundraising regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience of achieving income targets via community fundraising income streams
• A proven track record of growing net income through establishing, developing and nurturing volunteer fundraisers and fundraising groups including senior volunteers
• Experience of developing and implementing new fundraising ideas
• Experience of line management of a community focused and dispersed team
• Experience of managing, prioritising and planning resources against a portfolio of projects/work

About the Role 

• Implementing fundraising plans for identified St John Ambulance fundraising volunteers/groups in order to deliver the community fundraising strategy, key products/campaigns and messages
• Managing all community fundraising supporter relationships to agreed budgets, deadlines and stewardship levels
• Analysing and proactively managing fundraising group development in order to achieve agreed targets
• Work closely with other teams in your area to optimise the impact of engagement in your communities 
• Manage, recruit, induct, training/coaching, retaining and rewarding volunteers in line with the volunteer strategy
• Delivering leads and developing prospects to support the community fundraising strategy
• Monitoring and feeding back intelligence relating to identified St John Ambulance markets and competitors in order to inform future product development
