About the role
A rare and exciting opportunity has now arisen to lead ICCL as Executive Director. The Global Communications Officer will help boost Compassion’s international media profile and campaigns through traditional media, social media, and other communication channels. The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) is a charity for the conservation of birds and nature, bringing people together who love birds and other wildlife, and who want to take action to restore the health and diversity of the natural world. The charity now manages and protects 160,000 hectares of land across the four countries of the UK.
Public support has been at the centre of RSPB’s work since its foundation as a campaigning organisation in 1889. Working closely with the Executive Director for Income and Conservation Investment and other senior stakeholders across RSPB, the Director of Supporter Fundraising will ensure that the organisation maintains and increases its income in membership, individual giving, legacies, in memoriam and community fundraising. The role will be responsible for a large team working to develop new strategies and to engage and grow a diverse supporter base, enabling the charity to inspire long-term support and active engagement with their work.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing a large and complex individual giving or subscription programme across multiple products and channels. They will also have demonstrable experience of leading successful organisational transformation to create long-term value, as well as of leading projects within a complex stakeholder or matrix management environment. Significant experience in individual supporter fundraising or consumer marketing through direct marketing techniques will be essential.
As a leader, the successful candidate will have strong collaboration skills with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals in a variety of contexts. They will also be able to use their networking and interpersonal skills to build excellent internal and external relationships and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. We are looking for two Retail Operations Administration Assistants. A full time 6 month fixed term contract, and a 28 hour per week permanent role. The roles are office based in our small and busy office situated above our Swindon warehouse.
As a Retail Operations Administration Assistant your role will be to proactively assist the retail team in ensuring the 130+ Marie Curie high street shops across the country trade efficiently, effectively, and compliantly. Duties will consist of a range of administrative tasks to support the team, including product ordering, supplier relationships, SharePoint maintenance, Complaint & incident management, maintaining records, reporting and other ad-hoc duties to support commercial activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing and distributing daily sales & KPI reports.
- Handling of all complaints, incidents, accidents, and safeguarding issues Providing welfare checks to teams, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and escalated as needed, with the available support put in place.
- Sourcing equipment and consumables, selecting the most price effective options and delivery SLAs with suppliers. Placing purchase orders, communicating delivery times, and ensuring delivery targets are met.
- Maintaining records and systems in accordance with the requirements of the retail team, including SharePoint and Vantage, to ensure efficient management of information
- Monitoring and maintaining Volunteer training records, ensuring it is accurately completed and recorded and if not, supporting the retail managers to ensure the training is delivered effectively.
- Building and maintaining relationships both with external and internal stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Team and Rota Administrator for the National Domestic Abuse Helpline. The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is Refuge’s largest service. We have a busy team of Helpline Advisers working around the clock to support our callers, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, and a fantastic pool of volunteers. We are looking for a highly organised, experienced Administrator who is passionate about ending domestic abuse and has great knowledge of GDPR legislation, to help us improve our systems and manage some of the day-to-day processes that make our work possible, including our complex rotas. We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraising Officer to join a charity that provides supported accommodation that enable people experiencing homelessness to Reclaim, Rebuild and Reshape their lives.
Position: Fundraising Officer
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Chatham ME4 4PB / Hybrid

About the Role
As Fundraising Officer you will support the development and sustainability of the charity and their community project. Your primary focus will be to secure funding through grants, tenders, and partnerships, whilst building relationships with donors and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for identifying potential funders, crafting compelling funding applications, and maintaining donor relationships. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in shaping the fundraising strategy, organising engagement events, and monitoring the impact of fundraising efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and make a tangible impact on the charity’s growth and success.
About You
