We are looking for two Direct Marketing Executives to join an incredible medical charity and support in delivering growth in voluntary income. One role will focus on Retention and the other will focus on Acquisition and both will use data and insight to deliver across a variety of channels including digital, email, social media, direct mail, telemarketing and SMS.
The roles can either be UK homebased working, with once a month in the London office or Hybrid working with two days a week in the London office. Salary range is dependant on Location 27,250 - 29,697 if homebased or 30,300 - 33,533 Inclusive of London Weighting)

The Role
Manage the delivery of all Retention/Acquisition campaigns from concept through to evaluation, using data and insight to drive
creative and production.
Be responsible for collation of all KPI tracking, trend analysis and activity results that feed into the teams reporting and
performance structure.
Work alongside the Content team to research and develop Retention/Acquisition products, journeys and communications.
Contribute to the direct marketing strategy by working with the Direct Marketing Manager to highlight sector trends and support the teams budget and income targets.
The Candidate
Experience in a third sector direct marketing role.
Experience of developing and delivering successful new products to market
Retention Experience of running effective marketing campaigns on a national or regional basis.

About the role

About you
You must have:
- Experience working in community engagement, business development, or similar role.
- Experience in identifying, supporting and growing relationships with corporate partners and/or community groups
- Experience organising events and engagement activities.
- Knowledge of developing stakeholder engagement plans / strategies (preferably in the not-for-profit or charitable sectors).
- A confident in delivering engaging presentations and activities to diverse groups of stakeholders.
- An innovative approach to engaging partners and stakeholders with willingness to try new initiatives.
- An ability to work independently and manage own time, priorities and workload.
You will be able to base yourself at our offices in Burpham, Guildford with the option of being home based for 1-2 days a week dependent on work pattern.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser or a candidate with transferrable skills who is looking for their next challenge.
This fundraising role is varied and fun and may suit someone who has worked in fundraising for a few years and understands the diverse range of responsibilities that come with the role. You should be able to work well in a small team and be prepared to adapt cheerfully to changes and challenges that may crop up daily.
Your main area of responsibility will be for generating income by writing proposals to Trust and Foundations, working with service managers across the country to research and build compelling cases for support across the organisation.
We are looking for someone who can secure multi-year grants and core funding support through creating high value applications and also have the skills to research and fire off multiple applications to smaller trusts for small projects on a daily basis.
Experience in meeting fundraising targets would be useful but not essential. An important aspect of the role will be maintaining up to date reporting systems of approaches and successes and fulfilling grant obligations to funders.
As part of a small fundraising team and you will also work with your colleagues to further develop the Walk for Autism fundraising campaign and be instrumental in developing a high quality supporter journey using email, texts and social media. Developing digital fundraising is one of our main strategies so a willingness to learn new skills in this area is a key part of the role.
You will be required to work outside of office hours occasionally with some travel to services around the UK. It would be helpful to have a driving licence but it’s not essential. This position is subject to a Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) that will be met by Autism Initiatives.

A lot of people know NCT for our antenatal classes, and we want to continue to support as many parents and families as we can to access evidence-based information. But we are also much more than this. We are a charity that campaigns on the issues that matter to parents. We run breastfeeding and infant feeding support, provided by specialist counsellors. We run thousands of free community activities and events across the UK, led by our fantastic volunteers and peers. And we support women and families facing specific challenges, such as social isolation, feeding difficulties or poor mental health.
Our Lancashire Infant Feeding Support project is commissioned by Lancashire Council, to offer infant feeding support across the region in both community and hospital settings. The support is delivered by staff and volunteer peer supporters.
We are seeking a capable Peer Supporter who will support parents at Preston Hospital and Ormskirk Hospital and at various community settings in Lancashire and offer support in service user homes. This role will mainly be based at out in the community, with some homeworking (expenses will be reimbursed).
About the Role
You will be responsible for offering breastfeeding support for parents within Preston Hospital and Ormskirk Hospital and the community.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
· Providing breastfeeding support to families on the wards at the hospitals, in service user homes and community settings within Lancashire.
· Support in delivering inductions for volunteer peer supporters.
· To report any concerns or additional support needs of women to the NCT management team and/or Infant Feeding Lead for referral onto partner agencies as appropriate.
· To attend regular supervision/support sessions.
· Having a good working knowledge and understanding of the local demographics in the Lancashire area and ensuring all support is accessible and inclusive.
· Ensure that data collection and feedback is collected in a timely manner in an inclusive way.
You must have good communication skills and be able to build relationships and create a rapport with a wide range of people easily. This is a large project and covers multiple locations so you must be able to confidently prioritise your own work, be highly organised and able to work independently.
Being able to make decisions and respond appropriately to our staff, peer supporters and parents and other external stakeholders is essential, alongside good IT skills– including Outlook, Word and Excel – and you must have good attention to detail.
It is essential for this post that you undertake the training to become an NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. This requires breastfeeding experience of at least 3 months. The training can be undertaken within your working hours.
The role is 17.5 hours per week which will be worked Monday Tuesday, Thursday 09:00 – 15:00. This will be split across the two hospitals, in service user homes and at community settings across Lancashire, however there is also some home-based working required.

About the Role
The organisation delivers a range of targeted youth programmes for children and young people who benefit from more intensive support, to reach their goals including mental-health and emotional wellbeing support, careers and enterprise initiatives, youth voice and social action opportunities; and programmes addressing serious youth violence and exploitation.
We are looking for a Trusts and Grants Manager to oversee the fundraising of all restricted income. Restricted income makes up 70% of the overall income stream, and enables the charity to deliver core youth work activities as well as targeted programmes such as employability, health improvement and social prescribing, detached youth work and more, with over 50 funded contracts per year.
Key duties include:
- Manage a pipeline of restricted income
- Propose, cost and write trusts and grants applications that typically span from £5,000 to £100,000
- Support the Director of Fundraising to complete applications for unrestricted funding
- Keep up to date with local and national funding opportunities
- Chair the bi-weekly trusts and grants meetings
- Work closely with the Director of Youth Services to mobilise successful bids
- Support during the preparation of financial audits
This role will include both line management and hands on grant application and stewarding of commissioners.
About You
We are looking for an experienced trust and grant bid writer, with experience of developing and submitting high quality funding applications and approaches to funders.
You will also have experience of:
- Gathering, understanding and presenting complex information and data in a clear, concise way
- Working within a charity fundraising environment
- Cultivating relationships with funders, both via verbal and written methods of communication
- Working in a network of organisations

The Role

The Head of Development will deliver the charity's ambitious 3-year fundraising strategy and oversee all fundraising campaigns across membership, individual giving, trusts, foundations, and corporate support, as well as providing excellent stewardship to major donors. They will guide, inspire and support a high-performing and collaborative development team to achieve annual fundraising goals, as well as overseeing internal fundraising processes.
The postholder will manage and grow a portfolio of supporters, and work closely with the CEO on one-off major gift campaigns. They will also provide stewardship of funders to the highest standard, ensuring the delivery of promised benefits to all members and supporters, such as complimentary ticket requests, special events, and rehearsal attendance. Additionally, they will oversee the messaging and strategy for legacy giving and manage an engaging communications schedule for supporters that conveys the company's key messages and values.

The Role
The Mental Health Support Worker will provide flexible, practical, holistic, and accessible support to Gypsies and Travellers across West Yorkshire to improve and promote mental wellbeing. You will be part of a small and dedicated mental health team at the organisation, contributing to its effective running through outreach and good communication with colleagues and members. The post holder will work within an agreed monitoring framework for the service and for the organisation.
About You

- Experience of working with people experiencing enduring mental health issues, mental distress and complex needs
- Experience of recording, monitoring and evaluation
Ideally, you will be a car driver with valid driving licence as the role may include meeting members, partners or external services in other venues in Leeds
