ActionAid UK is currently recruiting for a Retention Specialist, who will primarily be responsible for developing effective campaign strategies, on time, and in line with ActionAid UK’s campaign strategy processes.
We will look to the Retention Specialist to ensure there is successful collaboration and alignment with other campaigns and programmes across the organisation and that all campaigns include an input from different audiences and specialists.
The Retention Specialist will propose channel and campaign objectives and metrics and will also take responsibility for ensuring that outputs and outcomes are regularly monitored, evaluated and reported against the strategic objectives of the campaign. They will also communicate campaign launches and results to the wider team to ensure knowledge and key learnings are shared across the department.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have proven experience of planning and managing direct marketing campaigns in a fundraising context.
Applicants must also have previously held roles with a specific focus on campaigns that retain and develop supporters (preferably in Charity context).
If you have strong analytical skills to both evaluate and interpret campaigns, as well as to challenge the norm when it comes to data selections and effective targeting of communications, this may be the role for you.
To be considered for this role, you must have a deep understanding of direct marketing best practice and regulatory guidelines.

Purpose of Role

To deliver money and energy advice service for kidney patients struggling with their energy and water bills and other costs of living challenges. You will provide subject matter expert support within our Patient Support Services team, and will work closely with our Patient Support & Advocacy Officers to develop and grow this service in your area.
Summary
To raise awareness of the service and build strong relationships with kidney patients, professionals, and other kidney stakeholder groups in your defined geographic region.
Key responsibilities
• With support, establish the Kidney Care UK Money & Energy Advice Service in the region for patients and carers at risk of fuel poverty to access independent support on money and energy matters
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Money & Energy Advice Service across the region, effectively managing an ongoing caseload

Rainbow Migration, the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system, is recruiting a Legal Officer to advise and help improve the representation of LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and help change the asylum and immigration system to one that treats everyone with compassion, dignity and respect.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister with valid practising certificate, or already accredited to Level 3 OISC, with two years’ experience in providing advice and representation in asylum including working in legal aid.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the legal advice service. Under the guidance of our Legal Service Manager, you will also build capacity amongst legal representatives by designing and delivering training, giving second tier advice and developing and coordinating a network of practitioners working in this area. You will use the knowledge you gain in this role to help deliver Rainbow Migration’s policy work, such as inputting into policy papers and meeting with partner organisations when required.
We will also consider applications from people who do not want to do the policy elements of the job, but to instead focus on first and second tier advice. Please mention in your covering letter if you are applying for this option.
This is a unique opportunity to build on your experience as a lawyer to improve representation across the sector and create change in government policy and practice. You will be supported to develop as a specialist lawyer and in your policy skills.
Responsibilities will include:
· Deliver one-off advice to adult LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and work with colleagues to refer them to quality legal aid and pro bono lawyers

· Work with the Legal Service Manager to design and deliver training to lawyers, NGOs and other professionals
· Write blogs and articles on asylum and immigration policy and legislation as they apply to LGBTQI+ people
· Contribute to policy and briefing papers
· Assist with preparing guidelines and briefings for legal services and pro bono lawyers
The Legal Officer will not be providing direct legal representation of service users. However, the role includes substantive advice and casework within the scope of legal support and referrals for our service users, as well as merits testing and second tier advice.

About the role
We’re looking for a Legacy Marketing Officer to join our Individual Giving and Legacy Team.
It’s an exciting time to join the Legacy Team as we are embarking on a new era for legacy and in memory giving at Young Lives vs Cancer. In memory giving and gifts in Wills left to us by our supporters are essential to ensuring we can help generations of children and young people who will sadly be living with a cancer diagnosis. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Legacy Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the Legacy Marketing Manager to plan, implement and deliver legacy and in-memory strategies.
The Legacy Officer will work on a range of legacy and in-memory campaigns, materials and supporter centric journeys across multiple channels. As a team we will maximise legacy and in memory giving and acquire new legacy and in memory supporters, as well as nurturing existing supporters who have expressed an interest in leaving a gift in their Will for the future of Young Lives vs Cancer’s work.
The role will suit a passionate and creative individual who thrives on working collaboratively and who is able to manage end to end projects and supplier relationships. There will be a need to analyse data to monitor performance as well as identifying trends and opportunities. Fulfilment mapping is also a key element of the role as well as being comfortable presenting in person to colleagues and suppliers.
What will I be doing?
