The post holder with be tasked with formalising a fundraising function within the Museum: integrating and developing existing schemes whilst identifying and undertaking new projects to raise funds to support the charitable objectives of The Tank Museum.
Primarily the role will focus on “public fundraising” activity (rather than making applications to grant making bodies), using the Museums existing and sizeable international online audiences as a base for support.

- The management of The Tank Museums membership schemes (Friends, Patreon & YouTube Membership) – developing retention and recruitment strategies, measuring and reporting on satisfaction, and member communications/engagement.
- Seeking corporate sponsorship opportunities for The Tank Museum’s online activity & assist in the management of existing key strategic partnerships relationships.
- Manage fundraising projects (such as vehicle conservation/restoration projects), liaising with internal colleagues, ensuring targets are met, and our communities of supporters engaged and appreciated.
- Identify opportunities for small scale fundraising projects – for example, where capex can be supported by public donations.
- Running e-bay auctions, raffles, etc, in support of museum fundraising objectives.
- Establish administration required to support existing fundraising activity (such as a new CRM system) – and the potential for increased activity in the future.

Growing Younger Team Roles – Mission Enabler (Children)
The Diocese of Durham is seeking proactive, dynamic and pioneering individuals with a passion for reaching and discipling emerging generations to be part of our new Growing Younger team of Mission Enablers.
The Growing Younger team will work collaboratively and creatively to enable the delivery of the Growing Younger stream of the Diocesan Transformation programme, with a specific focus on building mission and discipleship pathways for 0-25s, growing missional chaplaincy in FE colleges and schools, and raising up new youth and children’s leaders.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for Advocates to join our team covering Fife and the surrounding area. You will be involved in one-to-one advocacy along with group work across the area; this could be in a clients’ home, hospital, care homes or other suitable community venues and be home based for administrative tasks. Therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection is essential.
This is a full time role for 35 hours per week, applicants who do not hold the Level 2 Award in Independent Advocacy will start on £22,500 per annum.

Purpose
The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to maintain, develop and continuously improve our systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations Team, providing strategic technical support and ensure the integrity of our systems, often overseeing development projects with external partners.
The Operations and Data Manager will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. Main Responsibilities
Project Management
Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s progress incl. tracking performance and expenditure:

Lead the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to support the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes.

Proactively seek out systems improvements to make our processes more efficient so the Living Wage Foundation continues to provide an excellent service to the Living Wage network.

Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors

Your role:
The Grantmaking Operations team sits within the Fund’s Operations department and is primarily focused on ensuring that resources are reaching frontline activist organizations. The team seeks to hire a Grants Specialist who will report to the Managers of Grantmaking Operations and manage the Fund’s most complex grantmaking programs.
The successful candidate will join a high-performing, enthusiastic grants management team, a deeply committed global staff, and an organization constantly learning and adapting to global contexts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
Grantmaking
- Manage due diligence and enhanced grantmaking protocols for a highly complex and high-volume portfolio of grants spanning 50+ countries.
- Inform the development and implementation of grantmaking plans, ensuring they are robust and responsive to changing contexts and needs.
- Research compliance and financial regulation for various country contexts as needed and flag potential areas of risk to the Manager of Grantmaking Policy and Models.
- Identify and flag operational challenges that may have an impact on programmatic grantmaking ambitions, potential donor commitments or grantmaking advisory bodies.
- Coordinate with Program and Grantmaking Operations to ensure grants and grantee relationships are managed according to their risk level and operating context.
- Together with Program, Fundraising and Finance teams coordinate grant recommendation processes and timeline for grantmaking portfolios.
- Prepare and organize applicant materials and prospective grantee documents for all LEF cohorts.
- Manage incoming grant proposals and evaluate eligibility of prospective grantees in line with grantmaking due diligence protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for grantees, enhancing grantee relations and maintaining communication in multiple languages, including but not limited to English and French.
- Coordinate translation of grant and program related materials in line with portfolio grantmaking, (i.e., ensuring all grant and program documents are tailored according to program initiatives and compliance needs)
- Participate (and lead as needed) in regular check-ins, strategic meetings and retreats to help coordinate the workflow of grantmaking, shape grantmaking budgets and collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to fundraising stages by integrating data-driven insights and compelling narratives in proposals and evaluation reports.
Database and Systems Administration
- Contribute to the management of the Fund’s grants management system.
- Maintain accurate grant and grantee records – updating grant, organization and contact records daily, updating budget trackers periodically and ensuring OFAC compliance.
- Generate reports and dashboards for colleagues across departments, as needed.
- Code all grantmaking requests and budgeting information.
- Enhance the grants management system functionalities, including coding and back-end development for improved user experience and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Grantmaking Operations colleagues to test new releases to grantmaking database, identifying improvements and addressing bugs.
- Contribute to the design and creation of the EOI and proposal forms in the grants management system.
- Facilitate the successful launch of newly implemented workflows and forms within the grants management system by identifying and assisting in the resolution of issues, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

Project Coordination
- Lead on GM internal projects; brainstorming and implementing workflow solutions to team endeavors, ensuring cohesive and aligned project reporting and closing.
- Provide support to the Manager of Grantmaking Systems & Projects
- Support engagement with all project stakeholders, gathering and integrating feedback to improve project management processes.
- Proactively identify risks associated with projects; recommending effective solutions to ensure successful implementation.
- Inform the scheduling and coordination of project activities, including meetings and deadlines, in coordination with Legal Empowerment Fund team.

Your Team:
This position is part of the Fund’s Grantmaking Operations Team. The team is comprised of one Director, two Managers and four Specialists spread between the US and UK offices. This position will report to the Manager of Systems & Projects and will be based in the UK or US.
You Have - Candidates should demonstrate the following range of skills, experience, and qualities:
- Three years of relevant work experience, e.g., managing workflows, projects, and processes + at least one year of complementary education or experience working in human rights, program, or fundraising
- Demonstrated experience navigating legal and financial frameworks in the UK/US and working knowledge of international grantmaking funding trends and nuances.

Main Duties/Tasks:
Income Generation & Stewardship
Work alongside the Individual Giving Manager and Head of Community Fundraising to produce and execute an effective and sustainable individual giving plan.
Create and implement effective donor journeys to maximise the engagement and retention of supporters.
Identify potential new individual giving audiences and implement acquisition strategies in order to grow the individual giving database.
Work across the organisation to champion individual giving and to implement excellent supporter care.
Work alongside the Individual Giving Manager to manage budgets including forecasting and tracking and making sure costs remain low for maximum return on investment.
Identify opportunities for colleagues in fundraising and throughout the hospital and pass these on as appropriate.
Ensure fundraising remains within legal constraints and pays attention to safeguarding requirements.
Work positively and proactively with our volunteer supporters.
Project Management
Develop our In Memory offering and supporter journey.
Develop and execute regular giving products and appeals.
Produce and execute legacy and in memory marketing plans.
Work alongside the Marketing Team to create, manage and evaluate innovative and thought-provoking campaigns to increase individual giving income.
Manage individual giving fundraising campaigns such as Make a Will Month, The Big Give, Giving Tuesday and seasonal appeals.

Data Management & Reporting
Manage the selection and segmentation of individual giving data for campaign purposes.
Oversee the timely importing and exporting of donor data to ensure that supporter records are up to date.
Use campaign data to report on effectiveness of activity and inform decision making and future planning.
Ensure all individual giving activity complies with the appropriate regulation and legislation and delivers an excellent experience for supporters.
Identify and develop the systems and processes necessary to deliver effective individual giving activity including the website, social media and email, fundraising database, data analysis tools and social media.
Work in conjunction with the Finance Manager to ensure all legacy income and communications are recorded.

JOB SUMMARY
The Trusts Manager will be a driven individual with a background in securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts from charitable funders, corporate organisations, and/or Major Donors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a diverse pool of Trusts and Foundations, both existing and prospective, to maximise philanthropic support across the RUH.
In this role, you will be pivotal in our Development Team, directly reporting to the Head of Development. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the UK's most prominent Trusts and Foundations. Your objective will be to achieve targets by proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with Trusts and Foundations and writing compelling grant applications for our key projects (medical research, patient and staff support, capital campaigns, medical equipment, and 'the area of greatest need.'
The ideal candidate will be adept at nurturing lasting relationships with funders, working towards a team income target of over £1.5m. You will also be a confident stakeholder manager, working closely with clinicians, researchers, and senior leaders to identify some of the key RUH funding areas that can deliver impact.

- Development- The post holder will manage Trust and Foundation income and secure an annual income of £500k+ towards the total Development team target of £1.5m. The Trusts Manager will manage a portfolio of major gifts prospects and will be responsible for the cultivation and stewardship of, five, six and seven figures gifts.

We also will deliver HIV support and testing services including clinical consultation to those not registered with a GP.
You will lead by example, with your demonstrable experience delivering person-centred, compassionate care to people seeking asylum or other excluded community, as well as deploying your effective advocacy, coordination, and multi-tasking skills. We are looking for a Director of Operations – England, to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in leading the delivery of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) activity in England, ensuring alignment with the DofE’s mission, vision and Youth Without Limits (YWL) Strategy. Whilst contribute to the ambition of reaching 1.6m participants by 2026 and remove barriers to access for the most marginalised and excluded young people.
You will be accountable for the development and growth strategy for England aligned with the England vision and Youth without Limits Strategy.
- Oversee robust licensing, quality assurance and support for delivery partners and volunteer leaders across England so young people receive a high-quality, safe and impactful DofE experience.
- Provide strategic leadership to the England Senior Leadership Team and work collaboratively with the People Business Partners to ensure consistency across England in terms of team development, well-being, Learning & Development, and talent management.
- As a member of DofE Senior leadership group you will also contribute to overall strategic and operation leadership, collaborating with senior colleagues to ensure DofE activity is aligned behind our strategy and modelling our values and behaviours.
About you
You will be an exceptional leader of operational teams, with the ability to translate organisational strategy into effective delivery, identify new opportunities and embrace new initiatives.
The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and an understanding of the dynamics of dispersed organisations whose services are delivered by third-party partners through a workforce of volunteers.
Able to work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives, fostering teamwork and cooperation to make informed decisions in the interests of the Charity as a whole.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock & Retail Supervisor in our Retail team at St Joseph’s Hospice.
We are looking for someone who has exceptional retail experience to work 4 days a week, including weekends. The successful applicant will have retail experience, brand, and fashion knowledge, will be able to drive sales through commercial awareness and will be a team player who will support volunteers to be able to maximise donation sales.
About You
You will need:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- To oversee donation bins daily from the public which are then sorted and distributed to our three existing shops.
- Knowledge of brands and fashion.
- Sourcing and processing sufficient donations of the appropriate quality to keep all shops fully stocked, through door to door and clothing bank collections.
- Maximise donated stock, understand brands and fashion.
- Work closely with the senior retail team and shop supervisor to understand their stock requirements and be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our van.
