Herts Young Homeless is an independent charity and has been supporting vulnerable people in Hertfordshire since 1998. We are professional, passionate, collaborative and supportive charity that provides guidance to everyone who is in need of support.
Herts Young Homeless (hyh) are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic youth engagement worker to join our charity. hyh's strategic aim is to 'Be More Youth Led' and this role is crucial in supporting that commitment. The right candidate will be fun, open-minded, tech savvy and enjoy working using their own initiative. They will be passionate about youth engagement and motivated to translate youth ideas into actionable plans for the charity.

This role will facilitate a variety of fun and meaningful engagement opportunities for young people to have a voice on decisions that affect them. The successful candidate will create open, safe and inclusive spaces for young people, to enable them to form and express their voice on issues that are important to them and to hyh. The youth engagement worker will have the opportunity to inform, develop and grow our youth engagement offer; if successful this may lead to professional development opportunities such as line management of volunteers and staff.
What can you bring to the team?

- Co-facilitate annual ‘Youth Summits’; consulting young people from across the county on issues related to the charity/youth homelessness.

Missing People exists to ease the heartache experienced by those missing someone, and to help people who are away from home find their way back to safety. Our vision is for every missing child, adult and family left behind to find help, hope and a safe way to reconnect. THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE
• You will play a vital role in supporting the team to drive the new business pipeline, build relationships with potential partners, lead proposal writing, and inspire long-term financial commitment to Missing People.
• In addition to new business, you'll manage a portfolio of corporate partnership accounts across various sectors, including our rapidly expanding work in the transport industry. Your responsibilities include developing strategic connections, providing excellent stewardship, and expanding relationships with corporate partners and donors. By focusing on enhancing the corporate partner experience, you will drive engagement and help us reach our fundraising goals.
• Together with the Corporate Fundraising team, developing a strong pipeline of new partnership opportunities with a focus on £50k+ multi-year partnerships.
• Supporting the Corporate Fundraising Manager and Officer to cultivate and secure new high-value partnerships, with a focus on five and six figure opportunities in line with our ambitious targets. This could include, but not limited to: writing compelling proposals and applications, pitching, leading staff votes and leading on contract negotiations.
• Working with the Corporate Partnership Manager in delivering excellent relationship management to all Missing People’s high value partners, with a focus on building long-term, sustainable support and revenue.

ABOUT YOU
You will need to have experience of:
• Working in corporate fundraising;
• Winning significant new business and achieving agreed targets;

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Director to lead Respond, in our final year in our current strategy. This is also a new role, developed within the context of change following an in-principle agreement that Respond will join the Bild Group of charities in 2024.
Respond is entering its thirty fourth year as a charity and has grown from a small London based charity to a medium sized national charity in recent years. Our mission is to reduce the impact of trauma in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autistic people, by developing trusting relationships, through psychotherapeutically informed services.
As Director you will be the clinical and safeguarding lead across Bild group and will lead Respond to fulfil its mission of reducing the impact of trauma in the lives of people with learning disabilities, autistic people and their families. You will champion our highly regarded trauma informed advocacy and psychotherapy services and ensure appropriate clinical governance processes are in place. You will also work in collaboration with Bild to continue to develop the Respond branded training and consultation service and develop key stakeholder relationships within the sector, enhancing Responds reputation, encouraging partnership working and supporting the diversification of income generation.

Xenia is a grassroots women’s organisation on a mission to create more inclusive, equal and welcoming communities. We deliver weekly workshops in London and Sheffield which support women from all backgrounds, ages, faiths, cultures and immigration statuses to share, connect and learn together.
Participants are at the heart of the Xenia community. Migrant, refugee, asylum seeking, and British women come together as active equals at our workshops where we use the arts, heritage and power of conversation to connect, learn from each other and take part in local civic life. As an organisation Xenia is non-hierarchical and participatory, meaning decisions are made collectively and are proactively informed by participant involvement. We aim to be true to our values that everyone has something to teach and everyone has something to learn. We do not have managers and instead operate in a flatter structure in which everyone contributes to running the organisation.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Major Gifts fundraiser to join the successful Development team at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as Senior Development Manager, Major Gifts on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract. The role works as a key strategic partner to the Associate Director, Major Gifts & Individual Giving and leads the Major Gifts team of two Development Managers to ensure long-term growth of income from major donors and management of the overall Major Gifts pipeline. Standing Tall is a not-for-profit that matches people experiencing homelessness with stable jobs and safe homes. We know our model works because 80% of the people we help are still off the streets and in the same job one year later! Last November we won Social Enterprise UK’s ‘One to Watch’ award.
This year, we’re growing our operations into Bristol, Liverpool, and Leeds to add to our existing operations in Birmingham, Manchester, and London.
About the role...
What you’ll be expected to do:
- Assess and support people for 12 months who have been through homelessness, placing them in stable jobs and safe homes
- Build partnerships with businesses willing to work with Standing Tall to employ people who have been through homelessness
- Recruit, train, and support Standing Tall’s Amici Hosts to provide safe homes for people who have been through homelessness
- Having responsibility for Standing Tall’s operations and activities in Leeds.

We now seek an interim Head of Place Management to join our Place Management team. Whilst this is a maternity cover position, it is a critical appointment, with an equal emphasis on strategic oversight and operational delivery. You will come experienced in managing projects and experience in developing specifications and managing procurement processes. Strong understand of managing budgets, including those with multiple income streams and of multi-agency working is essential, including local authorities, private sector, and community and voluntary organisations.
You will be able to advocate and influence in a complex and dynamic stakeholder environment and come with a natural ability to engage with diverse organisations and individuals. Whilst you need to be strategically minded and horizon scan, we need a ‘doer’ with the ability to deliver practical results in what is a fast-paced role, often with demanding priorities.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Branding, the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fundraising function across Enable’s diverse services.
