The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager is responsible for setting up and managing the systems that enable all staff and organisations involved in the project to gather and use information and data. Information and Data Manager works with the Project Manager to make good use of staff and partners time through excellent information systems.
The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager ensures the whole team has the information and data systems they need to engage and support residents and community organisations – and be accountable to partners and funders. The Information and Data Manager ensures information and data is secure, up to date and used to improve and develop the project.

At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we care for children and young people whose lives are just too short. Our aim is to reach every family that needs our help and to offer them the very best choice of care. Our services include short overnight stays and community breaks at home or in the hospice. We are looking for a Fundraising Performance Analyst to support on the reporting and analysis for some of Cancer Research UK's most high-profile fundraising products. You will work closely with the Senior Performance Manager to analyse data, develop reports, and help form insight which will be key in shaping the future of activities such as our Facebook social challenges, DIY fundraising events and Stand Up to Cancer, raising ~£40m annually.
This role is not a traditional Performance Analyst role, as it sits within a Product Team. We are looking for someone who has strong data and Excel technical skills but wants to use them to improve the performance of products which are so vital to raising funds for our life saving research.
You will be a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and has demonstrated strong business acumen in whatever sector you have experience in. You do not need previous fundraising or marketing experience, and this role would suit someone from an insight or quantitative market research background who is looking for a new role which makes a difference.
What will I be doing?

Resolve Poverty is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to support the growth and development of the organisation as we embark on our four-year strategy.
About the role
This exciting new internal and external facing role will support the realisation of Resolve Poverty’s ambitious four year strategy as the organisation seeks to have impact nationwide.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the senior leadership team, alongside the CEO and Head of Policy. The COO will work closely with the CEO and manage key internal operations and functions’ including Human Resources (liaising with our external HR consultant) , IT and administration. This will include establishing new systems and processes as required and ensuring the smooth delivery of existing ones.
Externally, the COO will oversee Resolve Poverty’s existing programmes, with a remit to grow those programmes and secure funding to pilot new programme initiatives focussed on promoting the financial wellbeing of low income households.
Additionally, the COO working with the CEO will support governance functions, including reporting to the board and overseeing the organisation’s finances.
The role comes with line management of Resolve Poverty’s programmes team and Finance and Administration Officer.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Data Warehouse Manager to join a dynamic charity’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) department. This is a pivotal, hands-on technical position, responsible for leading and developing the charity’s data warehouse and overseeing associated data services provided by the Data Team. You will play a key role in shaping the organisation's data architecture, analytics, and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making and enhance organisational impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in data management and a passion for innovation, data quality, and strategic insight. You will lead several roles, including BI Development, Data Engineering, and Information Systems Development, working with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure accurate and effective data access and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Data Team, including line management responsibilities and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, development, and migration of the data warehouse to a cloud-based infrastructure, enhancing data interoperability and driving innovation.
- Lead the development of dashboards, visualisations, and data extracts to empower the charity’s departments with real-time insights.
- Drive key data improvement projects aligned with the charity's strategy, supporting data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Develop and enforce data governance standards, facilitating effective data use across devolved analyst teams within the organisation.
- Act as technical lead for data projects, providing guidance on best practices for data modelling, integration, and ETL processes.
- Produce documentation for data projects, including technical specifications, data flows, and requirements documents.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree-level education (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in data warehouse management, ideally with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
- Expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and data visualisation techniques.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., SOAP, REST).
- Knowledge of data modelling, diagramming (UML), and experience in producing technical documentation.
- Demonstrable experience in developing data governance standards and working in a matrix management environment.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with large, varied datasets.
- Skilled in translating technical data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
