You will be responsible for efficient completion of all administrative tasks of our Service Improvement & Transformation Team. You will assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other communications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is received prior to Committee meetings. You will also accurately review, process, and approve grant applications for our Care Centre & Network, Community Service Programme, and Research Nurse Network, ensuring compliance with our Guidance Policy. You will need to identify requests that should be treated as exceptions and escalate appropriately.
In managing support grant payments, you will check and authorise invoices, deal with invoice queries, raise purchase orders, and maintain precise records. Additionally, you will record actions and minutes from team meetings when required and ensure that correspondence and actions are accurately logged in our CRM database.

What are we looking for?

- Sound communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal professionally, sensitively and tactfully with a range of ER situations.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a charitable, user-led international institute with expertise in preventing and addressing harm at the individual, community and inter-state levels. The UK Operations Director will lead on the delivery, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of RJ4All’s UK-based services, and especially those run from the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre. The role of Head of Finance – Treasury and Financial Planning will lead, manage and co-ordinate the provision of the Groups Financial Planning, Treasury Management Services and Management Accounting functions as well as assist the Finance Director to lead and manage the Finance team.
The role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of four with two direct reports.

About you

About the role
The Corporate Relationships Executive provides administrative solutions and support to the Business and Industry (B&I) team, with a particular focus on supporting our work with Corporate Members. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Relationships, this role works closely with the Head and three Corporate Relationships Managers, and the wider B&I team, to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships.
