We are looking for a Chief Executive with the energy, vision and experience to take on the strategic leadership and direction of our well-respected and fast-growing national charity, which brings tangible benefits to men’s health, mental health and suicide prevention across the UK. The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.

Art Fund is looking for an experienced Supporter Experience & Operations Lead to play an integral role within the membership team.
Joining a friendly and passionate environment, this post is a great opportunity for someone with a background in managing consumer-facing membership and/or donor operations to innovate, improve, and deliver an outstanding membership and supporter experience.
The post-holder is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all membership-related systems, effective supplier relationship management, payment processing, financial reconciliation, and membership budgeting and forecasting. This is also an exciting time to join our fantastic team as we move into the delivery phase of a project to replace and upgrade our current CRM system to Salesforce.
Managing the Supporter Services Coordinator, you’ll ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to our members, donors, and prospects – ultimately supporting Art Fund’s vision to open the doors to great art and culture for everyone.
You’ll also have substantial supplier management experience (ideally within a customer-facing service environment) with the ability to proactively manage supplier contracts and relationships to maintain the best-possible service and value. Critically, you will be proficient in managing and automating complex processes utilising a variety of systems including CRM and other SaaS systems with support from an in-house tech team.
As a senior team member, the post-holder will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and a track-record of working collaboratively to achieve transformative change.

Summary of the role:
The UK Programmes Officer will provide a mixture of administration and project support to the UK Programmes Manager. The role will primarily focus on project document collation, identifying funding opportunities, outreach events and UK organisations that Muslim Aid (MA) can partner in support of our strategy. The role will also oversee the delivery of planned projects ensuring timelines are adhered to within the Muslim Aid thematic areas: Emergencies, Livelihoods, Housing, Health, Education. - Collaborate with the UK Programmes Manager to develop ideas into executable projects in line with the workplan.
- Identify UK funding opportunities and their viability for grant distribution that align with MA’s thematic areas and governance requirements.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to implement the fundraising strategy with a focus on building unrestricted income levels for City of Trees.
- Assist the Partnerships Manager in managing existing key funder relationships and take the lead on developing new funder relationships and revenue streams.
- Play a supporting role in trusts and foundations, working closely with the Business Development team.
- Oversee and maintain accurate supporter records through the use of our CRM system, DonorFy
- Work closely with the communications team on digital fundraising and events.
To be successful in this role you will need a broad experience across multiple fundraising disciplines i.e. legacy, individual giving, community and corporate fundraising. You will also need experience in planning, organising and delivering fundraising campaigns and activities, plus Experience of using a CRM system such as DonorFy, salesforce, Raisers Edge or ThankQ.

Job Purpose
This is a senior management position, working closely with the joint CEOs and the Board to ensure Graeae prospers artistically and financially.
The Finance Director will be responsible for implementing Graeae’s vision as laid out in the company’s business plan and to achieve artistic excellence, effective development of the company and financial stability. The Finance Director has overall responsibility for the financial management of the company, in liaison with the CEO, and the development and maintenance of financial controls, systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Financial management
1. Lead the financial management and the development and maintenance of financial controls, systems and procedures
- Lead the preparation for annual budgets and project budgets in liaison with the joint CEOs
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators in liaison with the joint CEOs
- Manage the company's overall expenditure, ensuring it is in line with budgets
- Monitor grants alongside the joint CEOs ensuring that all funds are received when due
- Liaise with funders and service partners on the submission of reports on financial and other matters as required
- Ensure Graeae fulfils its legal and funding agreement obligations, including writing and updating franchise applications and business plans.
- Manage the company's payroll and pension scheme
- Manage and review “Access to Work” claims in consultation with the Access Manager
- Prepare papers for Finance Sub Committee and take minutes
- Act as lead officer with the company's auditors, bankers and lawyers and HMRC
