About the role
This is a new role that follows a decision to focus our new organisational strategy for 2024-2027 on growing our external influence and that of our network of 47 community foundations across the UK.
You will demonstrate generous leadership qualities and the ability to forge strong relationships and external partnerships, as we can have a far greater impact working with and through others. Internal strategic communications
Key responsibilities:

Line management of the Communications and Marketing Manager, as well as any other staff or contractors that are recruited on a temporary or permanent basis.

We meet in person three times a year over a few days, visiting a different community foundation and region each time. About the role:
This role is 12 months fixed term, home based, working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Travel within England and Wales may be required.
