This is an exciting opportunity to support and develop the work of the Christian Funders’ Forum (CFF). We are looking for an experienced coordinator with excellent relationship skills to continue to support and grow the membership of the CFF to enable the group to deliver on its mission to live and share Christ’s love through supporting each other and serving the Christian charitable sector.
The ideal candidate will possess administrative, digital, and social media expertise alongside the interpersonal skills needed to champion a positive, engaging membership culture to foster learning, sharing and collaboration.
You’ll be responsible for communication with members from both the Chairs and Executive CFF groups to coordinate meetings, ad-hoc training, and networking events. You will keep the intranet hub content rich and the website up to date to nurture the membership community.

The Senior Fundraising Operations Officer will lead on a number of weekly and monthly data import processes, ensuring income and supporter contact data is loaded accurately onto the CRM system.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Database Manager in the management and development of the Charity CRM database, championing its use across fundraising and identifying opportunities for system development. They will also work with colleagues across fundraising and communications to support the selection of data for marketing campaigns.
Key tasks
- Lead on the import of both online and offline income streams, investigating and resolving anomalies.
- Undertake data marketing selections, in conjunction with the Database Manager, liaising with fundraising colleagues on selection criteria.
- Work with the Database Manager to provide effective database and operational support to end users.
- Undertake all aspects of the Supporter Services Assistant role on days when they are not in the office, ensuring supporter enquiries are responded to, income processed twice weekly and donations thanked.
- Work with the Database Manager to develop and continuously improve database reporting across both Charity CRM and Power BI in support of the fundraising and communications operational plan.
About you
You will have:
- A highly organised, and thorough approach to work with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to see projects through from start to finish managing time and tasks effectively
- The ability to multi-task, managing a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on own initiative without supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- A team-building approach, coupled with discretion and a supportive style
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
- Experience in using Advanced Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience in undertaking data selections for marketing mailings
- Experience in data import protocols - extracting data and transforming it ready for import.

Responsibilities within this role will include:
• Develop, implement and deliver the philanthropy fundraising plans, to achieve long-term income growth.
• Accountable for achieving targets in line with the annual business plan.
• Develop and implement individual cultivation and stewardship plans to motivate and ensure repeat support, including organising cultivation and stewardship events.
• Research donors/funders and produce compelling asks, proposals and presentations in line with our objectives and their requirements and interests.
To be considered for this role:
• You will experience working with major donors or corporate partnerships or Trusts.
• Ideally a brilliant relationship builder.
• Can research and has experience of working on or bringing in 5 figure gifts+
• Perfect for someone in the Schools, Higher Education or the Arts and Heritage development space.
