The Festivals & Events Producer curates and executes a range of Symphony experiences—from intimate worship nights to large-scale gatherings like “Tribe: Festival of Hope.” You’ll balance creative vision with logistical precision to produce memorable events that highlight the talents of Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Barnardo's Community Wellbeing Team offers an exciting opportunity to join an established service who are supporting children and young poeple who are experiencing difficulties with their emotional health and wellbeing. The Community Wellbeing Teamare funded by the Surrey Wellbeing Partnership and work in partnership with Mindworks (Formally Camhs) . 

Barnardo's Community Wellbeing Team offers support to children and young people through both 1:1 interventions and group work. The Wellbeing Mentors use a strength based approach to work alongside young poeple to support their emotional wellbeing and mental health. Support is offered throughout the community, in family homes, online, schools and public places. The service provides support to children and young poeple who reside throughout Surrey in the following counties; Waverley, Surrey Heath, Woking and Spelthorne,  therefore a full UK driving licence and access to your own car is a must for this role. 

Due to the nature of this work you will hold a small caseload of children and young people which will enable you to build good relationships with the families and through your support will help them effect meaningful change.

You will have experience of working with children and young people and will be required to deliver direct interventions with a range of difficulties and needs. 

You will have a good understanding of emotional literacy and feel confident in supporting children and young people through the use of various therapeutic interventions.

Involve has grown in terms of both its turnover and staffing headcount in recent years. About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in data management and Raiser's Edge to support the Advancement department.

In this role, you will manage and improve the Raiser's Edge database, ensuring data accuracy, supporting fundraising and membership initiatives, and overseeing the Database team. About You – Skills & Experience:

• In-depth understanding of the intersections of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), domestic abuse, and housing, with a strong commitment to an intersectional and anti-racist approach.
• Extensive knowledge of the DAHA accreditation programme, including the unique challenges faced by national housing providers in implementing and maintaining accreditation.
• Comprehensive understanding of domestic abuse and housing legislation, guidance, and best practice standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support housing providers.
• Proven experience in both frontline and second-tier roles within the housing and domestic abuse sectors, demonstrating a holistic understanding of the issues and effective response strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence national policy and practice by collaborating with key stakeholders and advocating for improvements in housing and domestic abuse responses.
• Strong leadership experience, including providing strategic oversight, managing team priorities and resources, and offering line management support to ensure effective delivery.
• Experience in managing business plans and budgets, with a proven track record in monitoring income and expenditure, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring sustainability.
• Proven ability to develop and implement robust project monitoring and evaluation frameworks, producing comprehensive reports for funders and project partners.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners at all levels.
• Extensive experience in confident and effective public speaking, including delivering training, webinars, presentations, and workshops.
• Outstanding written communication skills, with experience preparing high-quality funding proposals, reports, service level agreements, and clear guidance.

Specialist Support Workers help to enable vulnerable customers living at the scheme to manage their tenancies, mental/ physical health and wellbeing and assist them to move to social housing within the community. It is a step-down service with a short licence tenancy up to 28 days.

The shift pattern for this role consist of: early shift 9am to 5pm and late shift 12pm to 8pm. Weekends and bank holidays 9am to 5pm

The contract for this role is expected to end: 31st March 2026

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Manager
* Conducting regular flat checks and medication spot checks.
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support plans / risk assessment plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to access local activities and services to maintain and improve health and well-being, avoid hospital admission, support to access and maximise welfare benefits
* Support customers to undertake activity of daily living (ADL), including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation and maintain their home.
* Link customers immediately with Green House to secure appropriate accommodation. Maintain regular contact with Green House.
* Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community in Hackney
