ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Data Services team is one team with four functions; Data & Analysis, Data Operations, Information Governance and Partners & Projects. Functional leaders work closely together to ensure a team approach is adopted, utilising skills from across the functions to solve problems and innovate together.
The Partners and Projects function will maintain the business planning for Data Services as a whole and is the gateway for new work. Working with the functional leaders the Partner and Projects function will make decisions on how best to resource projects by either using existing resources if capacity allows or signposting to external quality providers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The People Systems Support Team requires a permanent member of staff to provide support to our People Systems including Oracle, CMS, Pathways and future planned systems as they come online. They will play an active role within a customer-focused support team and will forge working relationships with NCIs and the Diocese.
The support analyst will provide day-to-day operational and help desk support for People System activities. The support analyst will also support the Team Leader in developing relationships with internal teams and customers in setting processes and standards for the deployment, tracking/reporting, and maintenance of data and content within the people system. They will work with the wider Data Services team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise and work with Diocesan Operational Users and staff to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Core Responsibilities

- Assist the Team Leader in delivering training to enable users to develop skills in effectively using the People System, CMS and Pathways.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for issues and questions related to the people system, its users, and its content, escalating with managed service providers and developers, as appropriate.
- Delivery of virtual and in-person support and training to users, as well as raise & monitor Oracle Service Requests.
Key Role Requirements
- This a remote role and occasional visits to Church Housse is required for infrequent face-to-face meetings 1-2 days per month.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic new team member with a PhD in a science/STEM subject to join our innovative Consulting Team and to contribute to the work of our Data and Training Teams. Agriculture and the health sciences are areas we are particularly interested in.
Specifically, we want an individual with a passion for research and sustainable development, a friendly, outgoing personality and a willingness to learn new skills. We’re looking for someone who wants to engage with international development and research projects to help them work more efficiently and have a greater impact.
This role will offer a range of experience and the opportunity to contribute to the diverse range of services that Scriptoria provides.
Approximately half of your time will be spent working with our exceptionally experienced team of knowledge management and data consultants to help us develop and deliver cutting-edge data-management/analytics solutions and project-management software systems to our clients.
Your work will also involve working to help us manage and organise the projects we deliver to clients. The other half of your time will involve meeting with and training clients (to pass on your skills in research communications), both online and through face-to-face courses. Finally, you will be encouraged to contribute to company-wide strategy and business development.

Working with Scriptoria
Our senior team has an exceptional skill set, and we recognise that candidates with all the skills we need simply may not exist. This will include thorough training in the delivery of our well-respected training courses.
Our staff have the choice to work wholly or partly from home or from our office in Tooting, SW London, during regular operational hours (08:30–17:30). If working from home, staff must have a working environment suitable for holding video-call meetings/training sessions with clients.
Wherever you work, you will interact regularly with senior team members to gain new skills and exchange ideas.
This job will require regular travel to deliver training courses (mostly in the UK, estimated 2 to 8 days per month) and may also involve international travel, including to developing countries. So, applicants must be willing to travel (in line with UK government guidance).

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Insights and Evaluation team at Dementia UK supporting the organisation to build the evidence base for Admiral Nursing through collecting and sharing evidence on the effectiveness of the Admiral Nursing model.
As the Insights and Evaluation Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the team’s systems and folders, ensuring they remain organised and up-to-date. You will act as the main point of contact for enquiries within the team and manage the team’s email inbox. The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration for its own estate. For this reason CCT has been contracted to deliver a programme of work for Historic Chapels Trust (HCT). HCT owns and cares for 20 of the most significant Nonconformist and Catholic chapels no longer in regular use by their congregations, all listed at Grade I and Grade II*. Key to the project is management of the assets, funded by the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) through their Cultural Assets Fund (CAF).
As a member of CCT’s national Conservation team you will be the main point of contact for all chapel maintenance related issues, liaising closely with contractors, local groups and volunteers. Alongside the Conservation Projects Manager for Chapels you will deliver the maintenance programme, including regulatory and legal compliance, as well as deal with utilities and insurance of chapels. 10 of the chapels are in our North region, 6 in our West region and 4 are in our South East region.
You will have previous experience in the field of historic buildings maintenance, repair or property management. You will be an effective communicator, be able to plan and deliver your own workload and also work as part of a team. As you’ll be working at chapels throughout England it is essential you have a full driving licence.

JOB PURPOSE
As part of the Corporate Partnerships team in the Fundraising and Development directorate, Partnership Development is responsible for leading on securing new, high-value, strategic partnerships to support our vision of ensuring that no child or young person is too hungry to learn now and for good.
As the Partnership Development Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and delivery of the new business strategy, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to pull together and deliver compelling proposals and pitches. The role will line manage the Senior Partnership Development Manager and Partnership Development Manager, working together to achieve the goals and priorities of the team. Leading People’s Economy’s approach to training
- With support from the Programme Director, lead the development of People’s Economy’s approach to training and workshops to create an approach and set of standards to be applied across the organisation.
- Stay abreast of developments in training best practice across similar organisations and use this knowledge to further develop People’s Economy’s training approach.
- Develop resources (e.g. types of training exercises) that can be used across People’s Economy’s training work
