We seek a dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as Head of Partnerships and Placements on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate must excel in building and sustaining partnerships, managing strategic projects, and leading a team to achieve significant results.
You will be allocating 500 placements for Approach Social Work participants and recruiting leaders for and sell other Frontline programmes or services. This is directly linked to achieving Frontline’s organisational objective of having 4,000 impactful Fellows by 2025, who will create social change for children without a safe or stable home.

A little bit about you
The ideal candidate will be an experienced account management and sales professional, skilled in setting and achieving demanding sales targets. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in managing complex projects, leveraging external stakeholder relationships, and and balancing different needs. With excellent people management skills, you will balance support and challenge, and be adept at using data and CRM systems to manage relationships and generate insights.
We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. About the role
As our Senior Marketing Manager - Retention and Growth, you will provide strategic marketing leadership to the Loyalty Squad. Your role will be pivotal in forging strong relationships with supporters, prompting action, and increasing donor value. In this role, you will:

About the Role
In brief, this role involves: providing general maintenance administration support across the organisation owned property portfolio and specialized areas of property management administration under the direction of the Property Manager, including responsibility at the front line of the property section’s maintenance operations, receiving and processing general enquiries, maintenance requests and maintenance administration. The Role

What is the role?
As the Systems and Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal teams by ensuring the integrity, accuracy and accessibility of our data systems. - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting

Research Manager
Hours: 30 hours per week (part-time). Flexible working requests will be considered.

About:
This rewarding post oversees the exciting research portfolio of the Psoriasis Association. You will join at an exciting time with involvement in the updating of the Research Strategy. The Psoriasis Association is a busy charity who alongside promoting and funding research, offers authoritative, reliable, quality information, advice and support for people whose lives are affected by psoriasis, in addition to raising awareness of psoriasis.
We are a small but high performing team that is trusted and respected in our research community and the wider dermatology community we work within.
You will oversee all aspects of the research grant award and monitoring process, including managing our panels of lay and peer reviewers, and work alongside the communications department to promote and highlight the research supported and funded by the Psoriasis Association.
Principal Roles:
• Manage the processing of new grant applications, ensuring that the charity continues to attract high quality proposals and achieve high standards in their assessment. The work required as part of this process includes guidance for applicants, collating all reviewer feedback, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis of scores and feedback to inform discussion at the meetings of the Medical and Research Committee.
• Manage the monitoring of ongoing grants.
• Oversee annual Researchfish impact data gathering for all relevant grants and report on findings.
• Work alongside the Communications Department to promote the research funded by the Psoriasis Association.
Key Duties
• To provide support to the Chief Executive and Finance Officer on administering the ongoing awarding and monitoring of Psoriasis Association Grants.
• Work as part of a small team to further the important work of the Psoriasis Association.
• Analyse the impact of Psoriasis Association funded research.
• Update and implement the Psoriasis Association’s Research Strategy.

Your role would be to oversee the care services, providing line management, guidance and advice in all areas of standards, legislation, CQC requirements, safeguarding and KLOEs. Support the Registered Service Managers.
Your duties as the Head of Care, will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as The Nominated Individual for The Meath and the point of contact for the CQC.
- Operate as a member of the SMT in the implementation of senior management decisions, sharing KPIs, business goals and The Meath Values.
- Ensure The Managers maintain current knowledge of CQC compliance and cascade required information to all staff.
- Support the implementation of “I” and “we statements”.
- Report to and take a proactive part in the Health and Social Care Sub-committee of board of Trustees and support delivery of recovery plans.

- Monitor staff numbers and rotas to ensure that The Managers are maintaining safe numbers of support and that 1:1 additional hours are provided.
- To supervise and manage the registered Managers and lead the Managers’ team meetings and briefings.
- Monitor and guide the Managers to maintain paperwork required under legislation, e.g. CQC framework assessment requirements, MCA, DOLs and Safeguarding.
- Regularly attend all services, to monitor standards and provide feedback to the Managers as appropriate.
- Encourage communication and best practice by promoting an open environment for discussion providing the opportunity for constructive feedback.
- Be available in emergency situations to assist and support The Managers.
- To be conversant with and implement the Meath policies and procedures, taking an active role in their review and ensure they are adhered to.
- In collaboration with the Head of Risk and Compliance, oversee the annual KLOE audit process and ensure actions are completed effectively.
Essential:
- Must hold an appropriate Health & Social Care qualification, QCF Level 5.
- Understanding of the fundamental standards and KLOEs
- Knowledge of the safeguarding regulations and required notifications to CQC
- To be able to ‘hit the ground running’.
- To be able to communicate with the general public, trustees, professional bodies, and all other parties both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft programmes and Outlook calendars.

Job Context
YMCA England & Wales is the national body of the YMCA in England & Wales, supporting, developing and representing just over 100 local YMCA’s, ranging from small community based organisations to nationally relevant specialists.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that YMCA has influence with key decision makers through its campaigns and policy positions. The post holder will support YMCAs policy function through ensuring we have a range of public affairs activities to engage and build relationships with Government, Parliament, Civil Servants, other tiers of government and relevant organisations. The post holder will also provide a full range of public affairs advice and support to the YMCA Federation.
Scope and Limits of Authority:
The Senior Public Affairs Officer will report into the Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager. The post will have no formal budgetary or line management responsibilities other than ad hoc volunteers and interns.
The post holder must operate at all times in accordance with the approved policies and procedures of YMCA England & Wales and act in accordance with the values and ethos of the organisation as outlined in the Code of Conduct. In addition, all employees must adhere to the performance management processes and systems approved by the Board of Trustees.
The post holder will support the Safeguarding, health and well-being and safety of staff, volunteers and supporters we work with, some of whom may be classed as vulnerable people or adults at risk. Purpose of the Job
Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind run an innovative crisis prevention service designed as a place for children and young people at risk of mental health crises to de-escalate and have access to a skilled staff team to support them. The Circle is open out of hours (3pm-11pm or 12pm-8pm weekends and holidays), 365 days a year, and has been designed to reduce the need for young people to attend A&E. Co-designed by young people, it is a friendly and accessible space.The mental health adviser role is key to the support that children and young people will receive on site, and you will have the opportunity to work with 5-18 year olds, as well as providing signposting and support to parents/carers and other agencies.
This Mental Health Adviser role would suit an experienced Mental Health Youth Worker, CAMHS support worker, Youth Counsellor, Child Wellbeing Practitioner, Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, an Assistant Psychologist with some training in MH interventions like CBT, or other roles that have given you experience and skills in working with Children and Young People presenting with difficulties related to their Mental Health.
Key Responsbilities
- Work as part of a team dedicated to providing support to children and young people who are at risk of mental health crisis, or may otherwise attend A&E.
- Offer one to one support via drop in or appointments, and be child-centred in that support.
- Work alongside children and young people, their parents/carers and families in increasing self-management of presenting difficulties.
- Signpost anyone accessing the service to appropriate and local on-going support; and build up your knowledge and networks of such support.
- Understand and implement safeguarding procedures, and be familiar with safeguarding law, and how it applies to our work.
- Follow risk procedures, be familiar with completing risk assessments, and refer to on-call or senior managers appropriately.
You will have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience of supporting children and/young people in a mental health service or similar role in a paid or volunteer capacity, in a 1:1 and group setting
- An ability to form supportive relationships with families, and tailor support to individual need.
- A child-centred approach to work.
- Working knowledge of child and adult safeguarding.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity issues and the ability to integrate into your work.
