About this key role
As a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide peer supervisory support to the team within the wider hospital-based services, which includes deputising for the Senior Caseworker when required, and support the Data Coordinator and Senior Caseworker with the collation of information and data for project monitoring purposes. You will develop and maintain an up-to-date and accurate resource of suitable onward referrals and develop and maintain strong relationships with both clinicians and hospital staff and with other services in the hospital, i.e. CAMHS, IDVA, COMPASS.
We will count on you to identify and assess young victims of violence, producing support and risk management plans based on these assessments, and to provide support, advice and advocacy for children, young people and their families as they plan to be discharged from hospital back into the community. You will also deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, which will see you provide practical help such as social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options, benefits work, debt advice, and appearing in court.
What we are looking for
• Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children
• Experience of providing support, advice and advocacy
• Substantial experience of assessing the needs of young people at risk of significant harm
• Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young people and establishing links to further the aims of a project
• Experience of using support plans, to enable people to successfully access support services
• Substantial experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people
• Excellent IT, prioritisation, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

As a Support Advisor working full time or part time, you will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting the delivery of the RISE programmes and the development of the service. The service will provide a range of trauma-informed and person-centred support, focused on supporting those impacted by abuse to access education, training, employment or volunteering.
You will be responsible for providing trauma informed support through group work and 1-1 support. Working part time or full time alongside a team of practitioners across our geographical patch in Gloucester, providing support to Bristol and North Wilts as required, the project aims to:
- Increase volunteers in FearFree and support people to access volunteering opportunities externally.
- Support individuals impacted by abuse to access training and employment.
- Help people access bespoke apprenticeships and internships.
- Support service users to increase and advance work related skills, such as the development of CVs, financial management and IT skills.
- Raise awareness of this agenda to a wider network.
The service will support victims of Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking aged 15 and above, alongside perpetrators of Domestic Abuse – empowering victims and reducing the risk of recidivism for perpetrators.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Women and Girls Network (WGN) was established in 1987 and has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gendered violence. London Survivors Gateway
London Survivors Gateway (LSG) is made up of the four London Rape Crisis Centres, Galop, Survivors UK, Respond and the Havens and together make up the LSG partnership. Women and Girls Network (WGN) leads this collaborative partnership which provides an information and access service across London for survivors of sexual violence, aged 13+, who wish to access ongoing support. The LSG works with people of all genders.
LSG aims to ensure diversity and equality is at the centre of the service and service delivery, and that the service continues to be responsive to, and meet the needs of all survivors in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive way.
About the role
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Navigators to join the LSG. The Navigators will act as first point of contact for survivors of sexual violence and the professionals supporting them, by providing holistic and non-judgemental information, advice and support. They will support survivors (via telephone) to access additional specialist sexual violence services through trauma-informed triage and assessment.
WGN is also looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rapid Response Senior Navigator to support the LSG team by responding effectively and efficiently to enquiries that need to be prioritised due to safeguarding risk. They will help triage, assess and refer clients with multiple disadvantages into supporting service.

The IDVA team works within a multi-agency system to provide a proactive, person-centered independent service for victims of domestic abuse, empowering choice through informed decision making.
Key elements of the role include:
- Providing priority support to service users.
- Risk assessing and helping to keep service users safe through safety planning.
- Enabling victims to access statutory and other services.
- Engaging with and supporting the MARAC process, to ensure that the voice of victims is heard.

As well as a good understanding of the IPS model of working, mental and physical health problems and the issues and barriers this can create for our clients, you’ll need excellent motivational, presentation and listening skills and a willingness to travel in the local area and to work outside of office hours as required. Excellent organisational and time management skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritise workload and be flexible to the demands of this ever-changing role.

NGAGE is an early intervention drug and alcohol service for young people aged 10-18 and we provide information, education, advice and support to young people in relation to drug and alcohol use.
Your challenge? To provide advice, assessments, brief and structured interventions and group programmes. As a Practitioner, you will be the initial contact for referrals into the service, conducting assessments via telephone, face to face and offering relevant and appropriate advice, harm minimisation, family interventions risk assessment and management, actioning onward referrals to partner agencies. You will also be required to manage a caseload.
An energetic and confident self-starter, you have a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). Alternatively, we’ll consider candidates with experience of working in the substance misuse field with a commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. About the role
As the Account Manager you will contribute to and effectively support our global programme partnerships work, to achieve Save the Children's strategic objectives.

About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:

Ways of Working:

We are looking for a well-organised and passionate individual to join us and lead our programme for Salford’s VCSE community. This is an exciting role which will be focused on ensuring that the VCSE sector has a voice and influence so that Salford people are supported to live well, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
You’ll work closely with Salford’s Living Well programme and the city’s Mental Health Collaborative, which are the cornerstones of the design and development of innovative solutions to adult mental health provision in the City. As well as the alignment with Living Well, you’ll also focus on creative health, place-based working, and physical activity.
As Strategic Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that there is collaborative working and effective communication within Living Well, as well as with key stakeholders and strategic partners in Salford, including local authority, VCSE and NHS organisations.
We're looking for someone who has solid experience in building strong partnerships across different sectors and who communicates exceptionally well. This role requires someone who has worked at a strategic level before, someone who can confidently lead important meetings and isn't afraid to challenge, when needed, to keep things on track and advocate on behalf of the sector. The Group Finance Director holds a key role in the executive team in the Foundation Office of the Charity. They are accountable for all matters relating to the UWGCF Charity finance, including the oversight of school income, endowment investments, loans, subsidiary companies, VAT, and the leadership of the Foundation finance team. To succeed in the job, the post holder needs to build effective working relationships with independent school bursars and finance teams and link effectively with the Business managers in the state funded academies.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Resettlement Mentor, who will be responsible for offering support for residents with complex needs, who are ready to move on and live independently. You will offer a range of frontline care and support within the service, to support those who require accommodation and community-based support. We assist those facing challenges such as mental illness, substance misuse, homelessness, and offending backgrounds, helping them overcome barriers in their lives. Our goal is to tackle inequalities in access to health, employment, training, and social care.
You will support residents/participants in various ways including encouraging those moving into suitable accommodation, creating personalised support plans which meet their needs and objectives. You will also participate in and encourage residents/participants to participate in events, projects, and outreach including clinics for resident move on's within our clusters, and work flexibly with weekly visits to multiple hubs. Part of this role will also involve completing safeguarding and other referrals from Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) where this role is based, and working closely with the team of Peer Mentors and Support teams.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, some activities and responsibilities may fall outside these hours.
