• Act as the first point of contact in many areas of the team’s interactions with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Support the AI team through arranging meetings, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining team shared documentation and coordinating AI related stakeholder events.
• Maintain records of key stakeholders and outside bodies for the College's AI work, ensuring that the team and relevant representatives of the College are able to build strong working relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout all duties.
• Draft correspondence, reports and briefings as required.

Purpose of this role YMCA Thames Gateway offers support and accommodation to young people in need and children in care. The service aims to help young people develop the skills and knowledge to be able to live independently and improve their life chances. The Head of Support will be the strategic lead of the Young Futures Programme and ensure that accommodation and support services are delivered in a regulatory and contractually compliant way. The Role

This role working as part of a development team, is to deliver a new Dynamics 365 CRM environment as part of a greenfield migration project from on premise. The role will also work to integrate the new platform into other data sources including another Dynamics 365 CRM environment.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:

· Dynamics CRM 365 - Participate in design sessions with other members of the development team & key business users. Defining architecture/solution design.

· Dynamics CRM 365 - Development of new products/services within the platform as defined from architectural / solution design, change requests and project requirements.

· Dynamics CRM 365 - Maintenance of security within the platform, products, services & data.

· Power Platform – Development of custom apps using Power Apps, Azure function and connectors.

· Power Platform – Development of automation, of manual tasks & processes using power automate.

About You

· Significant direct experience of systems development

· Significant exposure to developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics SharePoint Integration & other Microsoft Technologies

· Experience of Migration Projects – Premise to Cloud

· Significant experience to the software development lifecycle, databases, structures, & coding techniques

· Good experience of integrating third party products, plugins, connectors, data flows in systems

· Solid experience of developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces

Age UK's Telephone Friendship Service is recruiting for a Friendship Coordinator to join our growing team!

Loneliness is a major issue that is now widely recognised in society today, particularly amongst older people. By scheduling weekly calls from our trained volunteers, Age UK's National Telephone Friendship Service provides older people with a chance to make a new friend from the comfort of their home.

As a Friendship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting the thousands of matches between our members and volunteers across the UK. Whether you are answering emails and calls, ensuring safeguarding measures are upheld or supporting members and volunteers through the onboarding processes, you will be helping to ensure this much needed service reaches those who need it most, in a safe and efficient manner.

Utilising your excellent customer service skills, you will be the first port of call to support our volunteers and older members - so you'll need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone and communicating by email. You'll also need to be passionate about supporting older people and have a good understanding of older people's needs.

This role can either be based at our office in Blackpool, or in Ashburton Devon. We offer a hybrid model of home and office based-working, so you will need to be within a reasonable distance of either the Blackpool or Ashburton office and be willing to travel there regularly. As a guide, the team currently work from the office once or twice a week but please be aware this could increase.

You will work a 35-hour working week, 5 days out of 7 with start and end times between 8am and 6pm. It will include weekend and bank holiday shifts, which will be arranged on a rota basis.

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. We are expanding our services and are recruiting for Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Support Workers across the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Newham and Barking & Dagenham.

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. We are a Centre of Excellence and adhere closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. No prior experience in IPS is required. The roles we are recruiting for are as follows:

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment. What you’ll do​

As an Area Manager, your role is to increase our partner numbers and support engagement with our existing schools and colleges, helping them to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are positive and successful. 

You will cover your own area of the country - the Midlands and East Anglia region - with occasional travel to these locations (on average 1-2 days per week).

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with potential partners at schools and colleges (in person and via video call). You’ll demonstrate the Unifrog platform, convey our mission to level the playing field for students and look to secure their ongoing subscription.
• Supporting schools with constructing their long and short-term careers strategy, then reporting on the impact of the Unifrog platform each academic year.
• Maintaining outstanding relationships with existing partner schools, which includes  delivering remote and in-person training to ensure they make the most of the platform.
• Developing an excellent knowledge of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) within the UK and consulting with schools on how to support their students.
• Proactively working to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners and always thinking about how we can promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice across our partner schools.
• Achieving sky-high resubscription rates.
• Working collaboratively with Unifrog Account Managers to devise strategies for success with schools and colleges.

Job purpose

The NSPCC is seeking an Data and Insights Manager to join the Commercial Strategy Team within the Professional Learning Services department (PLS). Ruils is a user-led charity based in the Richmond borough that supports disabled children and adults and the elderly to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full. We provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to our clients and their families.

As part of this mission, we deliver accessible and inclusive community group activities and volunteer-based services for disabled residents. Our ambition is to enrich people’s lives, help with their mental health challenges and reduce their isolation and loneliness. The localities of focus will be Whitton/Heathfield, Hampton North, Barnes North, Mortlake and Ham & Petersham. These localities are also where Ruils has lower levels of volunteer engagement and consequently community service provision.

Purpose of Post

• Working with the Community and Volunteer Manager to deliver our Community Independent Living Services (CILS). The role entails supporting Ruils’ Group Activities, Befriending, Active from Home Walks, as well as the recruitment and management of Ruils Volunteers.
• Working with the Community and Volunteer Manager, to manage our Core20Plus5 initiative to target resident engagement with community organisations in areas where this is identified as being low.
• To establish the reasons for this and draw up a plan for improved  local engagement by driving volunteer recruitment  and delivering increased  befriending and Active from Home client matches, new group activities, and establishing a trusted reach-out path for the currently dis-engaged residents at our Health and Wellbeing events.
• To provide input to Health and Wellbeing events organised by the Health in your Hands team in areas of focus.

Key Duties

• Support with the recruitment, matching, on-boarding, training and management of Ruils Volunteers in particular areas of focus and across the charity when required.

About this role:
As Senior Training and Behaviour Advisor, you’ll:

• work closely with staff across the country to ensure dogs in our care have effective, bespoke rehabilitation programmes to meet their needs,
• provide advice to centre staff in rehoming centres, as well as contributing to the ongoing assessment and rehabilitation of dogs in our care,
• collaborate with Behaviour Officers to provide bespoke behaviour training,
• in specific cases, complete independent assessments of dog behaviour to evaluate and understand the best approach.

About you:
In this role you’ll be mentoring and motivating our Behaviour teams, so you'll need experience of giving regular feedback and supporting colleagues with professional development, while being empathetic to the impacts of working closely with dogs with complex behaviour.. You’ll need significant experience of handling challenging dogs and assessing dog behaviour, particularly in a kennel environment. This will be supported by excellent knowledge of dog behaviour and the ability to tailor evidence based, appropriate behaviour plans.
