Almost all of our students have EHCPs, though their needs are quite varied. Our students benefit from creative approaches to learning so you can have fun with how to you teach!
Because of their vulnerabilities and often disrupted learning experiences, our students need a caring approach and our work is underpinned by the principles of Attachment Theory. The ideal candidate will also be able to develop positive relationships with parents and carers. Experience working with students with SEND or in a Special School is advantageous but not essential.
We are happy to be flexible; you may want to work every day, or only a few hours per week!
