If so, we have an incredible opportunity just for you! Neighbourhood Watch is organizing 250 events nationwide to help BT customers understand the Digital Switch. The events will be held in community venues such as libraries, community centers and village halls.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to join us in making these events a success. And don’t worry if you’re new to the Digital Switch – we’ll provide all the training you need!

Responsibilities and duties

·Team Up: Partner with another volunteer to run an informative 3-4 hour event.

·Set the Stage: Help set up the room and create a welcoming atmosphere.

·Personal Connections: Interact with attendees one-on-one or in small groups.

·Feedback Fun: Collect feedback through surveys and learn what our community thinks.

·Share the Knowledge: Hand out information leaflets.

·Wrap It Up: Ensure everything is tidied up and attendees leave informed and happy.

Why It Matters:

Your role is crucial in helping BT customers understand the Digital Switch. You’ll be the friendly face of Neighbourhood Watch, making sure people know where to turn for support and creating a positive impact in your community.

Time commitment

·Each event lasts 3 to 4 hours.

·We ask that you attend at least one full event, but you’re welcome to join more!

Who We’re Looking For:
