We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial volunteer to take on a pivotal, high-impact role: Project Manager (SUNSHINE Programmes). This is a unique opportunity to build and deliver the core services that directly bring connection, support, and joy to those living with loneliness and social isolation in the capital.

The Role: Project Manager (SUNSHINE Programmes)

We are seeking an empowering leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves and truly help us paint London yellow by turning our vision into tangible, life-changing services for those who need it most.

You will be responsible for the project management and set up of our core programmes that will be provided to those living with loneliness and social isolation. This role is instrumental in ensuring our support is well-structured, impactful, and delivered with excellence.

Initial Programmes to be Set Up and Managed:

• Monthly Coffee Mornings: Creating safe, accessible spaces for casual connection.

• Digital Inclusion and Skills Programme: Empowering people with the tools to connect online.

• Wellbeing Workshops: Focused on lifting spirits and promoting a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project planning, design, and initial setup of all SUNSHINE service programmes.

• Develop delivery plans, resources, and protocols to ensure high-quality, impactful support.

• Coordinate with the Volunteer Programme Manager to define the roles required to deliver the services.

• Research best practice models to ensure our programmes are effective, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of the London community.
