Job description

Who We Are

MINDSET Charity is a new, volunteer‑run organisation dedicated to transforming men’s lives across England. We will support men on their journeys of mental wellbeing and self‑improvement through workshops, creative programmes, and community‑building activities.

We are building a movement of resilience, dignity, and brotherhood. To make this possible, we need a committed Fundraising and Grants Lead to help secure the resources that will sustain our mission and expand our impact.

The Role of Fundraising and Grants Lead

As our Fundraising and Grants Lead, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a fundraising strategy that supports MINDSET’s growth and long‑term sustainability.

  • Identify, research, and apply for grants from trusts, foundations, and public bodies.

  • Build relationships with donors, partners, and supporters who believe in our mission.

  • Create fundraising campaigns that inspire generosity and reflect our values of dignity, empowerment, and brotherhood.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure funding aligns with our programmes, community needs, and strategic vision.

  • Uphold transparency, integrity, and accountability in all fundraising and reporting practices.

This is a volunteer role, but your leadership will be the engine that powers MINDSET’s future — enabling us to reach more men, build more programmes, and strengthen communities across England.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who share our passion for men’s mental wellbeing and social impact.

Experience in fundraising, grant writing, bid development, or donor relations is highly valuable, but what matters most is your commitment to ethical fundraising, your ability to communicate with clarity and heart, and your belief in the power of this movement.

If you’re strategic, organised, and motivated by purpose, you’ll thrive in this role.

Why Join Us

  • Shape the fundraising foundations of a pioneering charity at its earliest stage.

  • Play a vital role in building a national movement for men’s mental wellbeing.

  • See your work directly translate into programmes, workshops, and community support.

  • Collaborate with passionate volunteers united by vision, purpose, and brotherhood.

  • Leave a legacy that strengthens communities and changes lives.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to help fuel MINDSET Charity’s mission and secure the resources that will drive our movement forward, we’d love to hear from you.

This is more than fundraising. It’s about investing in hope, building pathways to support, and ensuring that every man who reaches out finds a community ready to lift him up. Join us, and let’s build MINDSET together.
