Job description

Who We Are

MINDSET Charity is a new, volunteer‑run organisation dedicated to transforming men’s lives across England. We support men on their journeys of mental wellbeing and self‑improvement through workshops, creative programmes, and community‑building activities.

We are building a movement of resilience, dignity, and brotherhood. To make this possible, we need a committed Communications and Partnerships Lead to shape our voice, strengthen our public presence, and build relationships that amplify our mission.

The Role of Communications and Partnerships Lead

As our Communications and Partnerships Lead, you will:

  • Craft and oversee MINDSET’s communications across social media, newsletters, campaigns, and public messaging.

  • Develop a clear, compelling narrative that reflects our values of brotherhood, empowerment, integrity, and growth.

  • Build and nurture partnerships with organisations, community groups, media outlets, and allies who share our vision.

  • Lead on storytelling that highlights men’s journeys, community impact, and the heart of our movement.

  • Ensure all communications are inclusive, accessible, and rooted in dignity.

  • Support the leadership team in shaping MINDSET’s public identity and long‑term strategic relationships.

This is a volunteer role, but your leadership will be the voice and connective tissue of MINDSET — helping us reach more people, build trust, and grow a national movement.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who share our passion for men’s mental wellbeing and community empowerment.

Experience in communications, marketing, PR, or partnership‑building is valuable, but what matters most is your ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and purpose. If you’re a natural storyteller, a relationship‑builder, or someone who understands how to shape a message that resonates, this role will suit you beautifully.

Why Join Us

  • Shape the public voice and identity of a pioneering charity at its foundation stage.

  • Build partnerships that strengthen communities and expand our reach.

  • See your work directly empower men and support their wellbeing journeys.

  • Collaborate with passionate volunteers united by vision, purpose, and brotherhood.

  • Play a key role in growing a national movement rooted in resilience and hope.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to help shape MINDSET Charity’s voice, build meaningful partnerships, and amplify our mission across England, we’d love to hear from you.

This is more than communications. It’s about storytelling with heart, building alliances with purpose, and ensuring every man who encounters MINDSET feels seen, valued, and uplifted. Join us, and let’s build MINDSET together.
