Role Requirements
Site wide general housekeeping service – ensure that the housekeeping services is of an acceptable level and is consistent across site.
- Carry out a cleaning service in allocated buildings/rooms/areas ensuring that daily tasks are completed according to the standard operating procedures in relation to the cleanliness/hygiene standards.
- Follow infection control procedures whenever carrying out duties and ensure procedures are followed should there be an infection control outbreak.
- Liaise with the Housekeeping Supervisor and House Staff on a daily basis – carrying out special requests in relation to Housekeeping.
- Ensure safe storage of cleaning materials and equipment and sufficient stock is maintained – informing the Housekeeping Supervisor of stock requiring ordering.
- Assist in the cleaning of communal areas on a daily basis and cleaning of carpets, curtains and high dusting on a rotating schedule.
- Ensure that any repairs required to fixtures and fittings are reported to the designated Facilities Helpdesk as soon as possible and any issues are reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Assist in routine housekeeping audits as outlined in the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure any works are to agreed service levels.
- Prioritise work to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Assist other members of the Site Services and Facilities teams as required.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.

As their HR Project Officer, you will complete a comprehensive benchmarking exercise for their global organisation. The Young People Programme Manager will work with the Creative Learning team at Factory International to develop, deliver and manage programmes of work with young people between the ages of 14 and 30. This role will be responsible for the delivery of key strategic partnerships with commercial brands, as well as developing new streams of work with a focus on sharing power through curatorial programme decision making, programming and youth governance.
Creative Learning develop and deliver learning programs with young people and children from Cradle to Creative (the age of 0 through to 30) with a focus on underrepresented children, young people and artists. You will have recent experience in respiratory care in a primary, secondary or tertiary setting with preferably pulmonary rehabilitation experience with strong IT skills. Oldham Poverty Action Network Coordinator
The role
The post holder for this role will be responsible for co-ordinating the work of the Oldham Poverty Action Network and leading on bringing the Network members together, leading on the co-ordination of the key projects and programmes that tackle the root causes of Poverty in Oldham, ensuring that local people, community organisations and institutions can collaborate through the Network to achieve the Network’s shared vision. You will work closely with Oldham Local Motion who is a key funder of the Oldham Poverty Action Network.

· To provide effective coordination of the work of Oldham Poverty Action Network and it’s associated programmes of work.
· To facilitate the Network’s meetings, creating the space for inclusive innovation through workshops and workstream meetings.

Local Motion Project Manager
The role
The post holder or this role will be responsible for the work of LocalMotion in Oldham and ensuring that local people, community organisations and institutions can collaborate to achieve their shared vision.
The shared purpose of LocalMotion is to learn how all elements of our societal structure, including funders, sectors, and citizens, can work together equitably within a geographical place to positively disrupt the normal patterns and vicious cycles that are holding communities back, to reimagine a more just future for everyone. And for the collective learning to influence change at a local and national level.
The main things you will be asked to do in this role
· To provide effective and visible leadership of the LocalMotion work in Oldham, both within Oldham itself and within the wider LocalMotion movement and network.
· To ensure that Oldham’s LocalMotion work is delivered in line with LocalMotion aims and values and strives for excellence in coproduction and collaborative practice.
· To actively connect with people, communities organisations and institutions in order to maximise the reach and impact of this opportunity.
· Work with the local coordination group to establish the ways of working and processes required to share power and devolve resources and leadership to drive forward the work to achieve our local vision.
· To ensure the local coordination group in Oldham is well supported, is reflective of the communities of Oldham and has the practical support it needs to carry out its functions and responsibilities.
· To ensure that the LocalMotion resources are spent in accordance with the grant agreement, the budget and that all reporting, due diligence and learning requirements are met.
· To ensure the LocalMotion work in Oldham is well documented, and we are able to share learning and impact with key stakeholders.
· To work with local partners, funders and other stakeholders to secure additional resources that will help achieve Oldham’s LocalMotion vision.
· To contribute to LocalMotion learning and governance events (approximately 4-6 per year) as part of the wider network and be a representative of the work in Oldham, including delivering presentations and sharing learning and insight.

Our client, a prestigious London University, is currently seeking a temporary, full time (35 hours per week) Student Immigration Compliance & Advice Officer, running for 5 months in the first instance. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 1 day per week based on-site in Central London and the rest remote.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Using the UKVI Sponsor Management System to accurately update and maintain student immigration details and submitting relevant queries.
- Reporting on current student immigration documentation, liaising with students and staff to ensure current and accurate data management and integrity.
- Assisting with Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies processes and registration sessions regarding student immigration.
- Supporting the Deputy Student Immigration & Advice Manager with monitoring requirements, liaising with students who have not met requirements and provide administrative support in workshops to help them meet requirements.
- Providing advice to students to OISC Level 2 competencies, including regarding visa applications.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role working within alumni engagement, in a higher education setting, or volunteering coordination within a similar setting.
- Familiarity with Higher Education student visa requirements.
- Strong relationship-building skills, and confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong customer service, administration, and organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including usage of Microsoft Office packages.
