Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Team Administrator supports our in-house Studio team with the administration and delivery of our content through the design, print and digital processes.
You will have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure to prioritise, deliver, manage, and coordinate several projects and activities simultaneously to tight timescales. You should also understand design and production best practice, processes and techniques across both online and offline formats.

Our activities programme offers Unpaid Carers the opportunity to have a break from their caring responsibilities in a social environment where they can meet other carers and focus on their wellbeing.
You’ll work closely with the service manager to plan and arrange a wide programme of activities for young and adult Unpaid Carers. You will require exceptional communication, organisational and written skills, and should be a proactive and creative thinker. We have an opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our Quality Team, as a Quality Administrator. With proven skills and experience of using IT, excel and databases related to administrative tasks to support the wider organisation. You will play an essential role with supporting the team and the service operational teams.
You will be the first point of contact for teams who need support with any case management system queries, incidents and accidents and any data related queries. Strong customer service skills are essential for this role. You will be adaptable and able to work in an agile environment to support the team meet deadlines and reporting cycles.

About the Role

- To be responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of Neighbourhood Watch’s partner project involving Neighbourhood Watch volunteers within the South West.
- Recruit, training and coordinate volunteers so they can deliver information sessions to community groups.
