Job description

At Age UK Westminster we run a weekly Information and Advice telephone helpline for our clients, service users and the public. The telephone line remains busy throughout the open hours and we completely rely on the support of our friendly, diverse and dedicated team of Telephone Enquiries and Signposting Volunteers to ensure this vital service continues. 

We are looking to recruit more student volunteers for this role.  As our volunteer, you will be part of the Information and Advice Team, and we will train you in handling telephone enquiries and offering information to callers. All we ask for is a commitment of 4 hours, once a week from 10am to 2pm on any day between Monday and Friday.
