At TRAIN, we are dedicated to creating safe, fun, and inspiring spaces for young people to explore their potential, and we’re all about empowering the next generation to dream big! To keep our spaces looking and feeling as awesome as they should, we need someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into some good old DIY. That’s where you come in!
Key responsibilities:

Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks around our youth centres and office spaces.

Ensure all DIY tasks are completed safely, following health and safety guidelines.

Where possible, use affordable, sustainable and eco-friendly materials to keep our spaces environmentally friendly.

Be on hand to tackle any unexpected DIY challenges that may come up.
Skills and Experience:

A good knowledge of basic DIY and maintenance tasks (experience in a particular field a bonus!).

Practical skills and the ability to use a variety of tools safely.

A creative eye for detail and a love for making spaces look their best.

The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

A passion for creating positive environments for young people.

A willingness to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
