What can you get involved with ...

• Support local events by providing first aid
• Share how the charity saves lives by delivering talks and demonstrations
• Provide demonstrations to the public, encouraging them to develop their skills and confidence to deliver first aid
• Work with our Community Fundraising team to raise donations to save more lives in the community
