Job description

At Sponsorstars, we believe that every child is unique and deserves the chance to dream, to achieve incredible things and to look forward to a wonderful future. We aim to help disadvantaged young people in the UK by giving them warm clothing, school uniform and other essential resources. We collobarate with schools to help us identify the children most in need.

As a trustee, you will help us to achieve our goals by giving strategic direction to the charity, helping with fundraising, writing newsletters to our sponsors, visiting schools and contacting our ambassadors as well as other tasks that need to be done to further the growth of the charity.

Trustees are expected to attend four trustees' meeting in London each year.

Trustees need to be mindful of safeguarding and general data protection regulations.

Ideally trustees will be able to devote a few hours a month to the charity as well as attending the trustees' meetings.
