Your work will focus on helping clients reduce harmful behaviours and work towards safer, healthier lifestyles, and ensure clients are supported for other complex needs within a partnership approach.
The role
As an Engagement Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of adults experiencing homelessness by helping them address and change harmful behaviours. You’ll identify their challenges and work to create actionable plans for improvement, collaborating with various agencies to connect them to the resources they need.
