Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Business Services, The Finance Business Partner (FBP) will conduct a key role in bridging the gap between finance and the broader business. The individual will work closely with staff and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial targets are met.

The FBP will oversee delivery of core finance operations being the lead point of contact for our outsourced finance provider. The FBP will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, enabling business units to achieve their goals.

We are excited to be supporting Children with Cancer UK, the nation’s leading charity dedicated to combating childhood cancer. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Grants Manager.

This position is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), temporary role, running for 3-months. Hybrid working is offered; with 3-days onsite and 2-days remote.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Leading reviews of the charity’s research strategy, and supporting the continual development of the processes, systems and software used to manage grant activities.
• Detailed record keeping, including drafting operational guidelines and operational procedures.
• Attending and supporting the delivery of scientific meetings.
• Managing and growing the charity’s relationships with partners, including Research grant co-funders, and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
• Acting as lead contact for external organisations.
• Line managing the Research Grants & Trust Officers, providing support and identifying opportunities for their professional development.

Working in the Engagement department and reporting to the Adults and Communities Participation Manager, the Communities Participation Producer will create a year-round public programme of activities inspired by the collections, themes and sites of Royal Museums Greenwich. Key responsibilities include producing and delivering programmes in collaboration with community partners and stakeholders to create relevant, inclusive and inspiring activity across the Museum’s multiple sites. The role will focus on creating activity that welcomes underrepresented audiences to Royal Museums Greenwich sites, developing trusted relationships in the process and responding to the social purpose of the organisation.

The role will develop programmes that connect communities and collections around the legacies of empire, queer histories and stories of migration. This will involve working across generations to  facilitate dialogue around under-represented histories and current issues in a variety of formats including large scale public festivals, talks, workshops and more. The role will have a focus on developing participation opportunities for African and Caribbean and East and South-East Asian diaspora, as well as LGBTQ+ communities, to develop stronger connections with the collection and bring new perspectives to maritime history. Purpose of the role

The Senior Technical Associate role is a key member of the Senior Technical Team at ENN. The post holder will bring extensive skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on a portfolio of our projects, provide strategic and technical direction and leadership, and manage their teams.

Terms and Conditions

· Hours of work: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). We will consider appointing two part-time positions to secure the right technical fit and skillsets.

The Senior Technical Associate will manage a portfolio of projects, lead on, and support, project delivery and develop content of technical outputs. This will involve being accountable for quality and timely delivery. The priority areas for this position are:

· Portfolio lead for ENN’s Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) and Management of small and at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers (MAMI) projects

· Project lead for Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) Project.

· Technical lead for pieces of work/activities within the IFE/MAMI portfolio.

· Senior editorial role in Field Exchange

· Institutional engagement; particularly donors and foundations

The Fundraising Officer supports the generation of income, principally for Groundwork activities across the East of England. Working with business development colleagues and delivery staff  you will help to identify income sources, approach funders and partners, develop and write bids, and contribute towards the annual income of the Trust.

Salary range : £26,182 - £30,832 pro rata (depending on relevant experience)
Term: Min 22.5 hours – Max 25 hours per week, permanent
Location:  East of England, with opportunities for home working

In this role, you will monitor the external funding environment to identify suitable sources of charitable trust and foundation funding and tender opportunities for projects and programmes of activity. You will use your communication skills to write high quality, persuasive copy that brings the charities work to life for potential funders, such as charitable trusts, BIG lottery, local authorities and central government.  In return we offer a supportive working environment, lots of variety in your work and the opportunity to develop your skills and professional knowledge.

Ideally, you will have experience of successful grant funding from Trusts, foundations, lottery distributors or similar, together with demonstrable experience of undertaking high quality research. Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to secure new corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.

Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team to drive Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking, prospecting, and stewardship. You will be responsible for a varied and fulfilling portfolio of accounts to whom you will become a main contact and provide excellent corporate account management. Some accounts raising six figure sums, to whom you will become a main contact and provide excellent account management.

You will work collaboratively towards a ‘one team one target’ approach across the Fundraising and Engagement department and ensure that the use of technology is maximized and all processes are subject to continuous improvement.

You are likely to have developed your portfolio of fundraising skills over time in an arts and cultural sector charity and can demonstrate experience in securing fundraising income, particularly in securing five and six figure donations. You will join a small, friendly team based in London’s famous West End theatre district, responsible for providing support of over £1.5M per year to actors and stage managers. Now, as we begin a new strategic direction, our case for support is more compelling than ever. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity - our new strategy, ‘Acting for Impact’, has a bold ambition to achieve meaningful change for the professional performing arts community - to help more people, in more ways - the Head of Fundraising will be central to achieving that.
