The Coordinator will drive revenue in support of ongoing success and growth of Better Cotton globally. The role will be responsible for growing income from institutional partners, corporates, and philanthropists and will line manage a Fundraising and Partnerships Officer too. In collaboration with the Programme Funding Manager and Director of Development, you will hyper-focus on social impact funding and will work closely with relevant thematic leads and country teams for proposal design, coordination and reporting of funded projects.
The selected candidate will have effective fundraising management and planning skills and excellent writing skills that have resulted in successful proposals. You will have a good understanding of the current donor landscape and fundraising environment – ideally in social impact – and will have good experience in project design with a facilitative approach to meet both farmer needs and donor expectations.

Purpose

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Stalking Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advocacy and support to individuals experiencing stalking, managing a caseload of 20-25 clients. About the Service
Great opportunity to make a difference for your patients with experience of domestic violence and abuse. We are looking for a local, practising clinician (ideally a GP) with an interest in domestic violence and abuse (DVA) to become the Clinical Lead (CL) for the IRIS Programme in [name of IRIS area]. IRIS is an evidence-based domestic abuse training and referral programme developed specifically for general practice, currently being delivered across 30+ areas of England and Wales.
About the Role
1 person with at least 3 available days and flexibility with those days or 2 part time clinicians sharing the role, but available on different days to each other so we can offer many options to general practices for training days.
The Iris CL post will be working with up to 50 GP Practices across that locality. The successful candidate will be required to attend the three day (remote) IRIS Train the Trainers course.
About You
We are looking for part time practicing clinicians with extensive knowledge of local needs and with links to local primary health care staff. The IRIS Clinical Lead role involves working closely with a specialist in domestic violence and abuse to promote the IRIS programme across the area, recruit practices, deliver in-house training at the practices, and act as a source of advice, guidance and support for clinical colleagues on the subject of DVA. The IRIS Clinical Lead will have an understanding of the gendered nature of violence and abuse, and of the impact of multiple, intersecting oppressions (e.g. sexism, racism, homophobia, ableism, etc) and the consequent barriers for some survivors of domestic abuse to accessing health and other services.
The role requires approximately 105 – 126 hours of time in this the first (set-up) year and approximately 46 – 65 hours in the second and subsequent years, at an hourly rate of £80 an hour. Please note that the number of hours required will not be evenly spread across the year, so a degree of flexibility will be required. Therefore, we are looking for people with flexibility in their time to be available to receive the IRIS training for trainers, attend local steering group meetings and promote and engage practices, especially early on in the programme. A large proportion of time will then be spent delivering the IRIS clinical training to local general practice teams. We do have funding for [insert number of months] months and this is a fixed envelope of funding for the role.

About the role
We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor with strong experience in employee relations and policy development to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partners and act as the escalation point from our People Operations Team, offering comprehensive, pragmatic people advisory services across the organisation. Mental Health Homelessness Outreach Team Leader

About the Service
This is a pilot service working as a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) with housing teams and Drug and Alcohol Services across District and Borough councils. These teams will be working with individuals who are presenting as homeless and have a number of Complex Needs. The Complex Needs Housing Team Leader plays a significant role in the co-ordination and running of the Complex Needs Housing Service.
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Complex Needs Housing Service are:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental ill health.
- To increase early access to help for people experiencing mental ill health in, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To reduce the use of police, ASB, tenancy enforcement, housing needs and environmental health services by clients whose primary need is related to mental ill health.
- To reduce the use of crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health with positive outcomes for the individual.
- To provide an assertive outreach approach for clients who are in crisis and/ or those that may have complex or multiple needs.
- To work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) consisting of Change Grow Live (CGL), District and Borough councils, housing teams and other professionals.
This role is key to the development and support of the team and the wider organisation.
The post holder will need to:
- Support the Services Manager with effective running of the Complex Needs Housing Service.
- Provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients who are experiencing mental ill health or need support with their mental wellbeing. These will be clients who are presenting to District and Borough councils as homeless and need intervention and support with their mental health.
- Line manage staff and where necessary volunteers.
- Lead a team of Mental Health Outreach Workers. Ensuring the team are using databases and outcome tools as required to report for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- To receive and process referrals from the local district and borough Councils for those who have presented as homeless with a mental health need, as well as other appropriate referrals pathways across Hertfordshire and make direct contact within 72 hours of referral.
- To establish effective pathways across a variety of agencies to maximise and provide effective partnership working.
- To manage a caseload of up to 5 clients.
- Embed a holistic, trauma informed and person-centred service
- Proactively recognise the indicators of deteriorating mental health and facilitate appropriate action, whilst liaising with relevant agencies.
- Ensure a direct community service is in place which encourages, motivates and builds patients self-esteem and confidence. This will include goal setting and support with social and practical skills development.
- Ensure all person-centred risk assessments and support plans are completed as appropriate.
- To assist clients to access appropriate mental health services, drug and alcohol services, housing/tenancy services and other services according to assessed needs.
- To work with partners both internal and external to ensure that vulnerable person’s cases are monitored and risks evaluated in order to promote community safety.
- Support clients to build their emotional resilience and crisis planning tools, promoting self-management through building an understanding of their own triggers/coping strategies.
- To work with HMN staff in other services in order to make onward referrals to other projects.
- Liaise with appropriate HPFT staff to ensure that individuals are assessed for personal budgets to support with any longer-term needs.
- Support individuals to develop sustainable local social networks, both through our Herts Mind Network Wellbeing Centres and other community services and resources.
The successful candidate will play a significant role in the co-ordination and running of the Complex Needs Housing Service.
