Minds Up is a growing mental health and wellbeing training programme for young people, delivered in schools across five south east London boroughs by South East London (SEL) Mind. The programme aims to increase young people’s awareness of mental health, help them recognise the signs if they are experiencing poor mental health and help them take action to protect their own mental health and boost their wellbeing.
We are looking for an administrator to help support the effective operation of the Minds Up Service. The role holder will need first rate communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in efficiently managing a central inbox and calendar, as well as experience as the first point of contact for public enquiries.
The administrator will require knowledge and experience of maintaining up-to-date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and supporting data and report compilation. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.
This role is 15 hours per week, which will be worked over at least 3 days. The hybrid working arrangement would involve at least one day working in the office. The working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.

Fundraising at BCYP
BCYP has historically been very successful in raising funds from non-statutory sources, particularly trusts and foundations, and is grateful to hold a number of established relationships with grant- makers. The Data and Operations Senior Officer is responsible for the daily management and effective operation of the Bliss CRM, Raiser’s Edge, as well as leading on key data projects to make the most of the insights and information captured in our CRM to maximise Bliss’ fundraising. An exciting opportunity to be part of a LGBT+ support service.The successful candidate will provide effective person-centred support to LGBT+ people living in Causeway’s specialist LGBT+ supported housing.Support clients to achieve tangible progress in areas such as tenancy management, independent living skills and training/education.Support LGBT+ clients to develop greater self-esteem and self-confidence. Equip clients for independent living and move-on to more independent accommodation.Develop support plans with individual clients that reflect their ambitions and aspirations with clear actions for achieving these. Contribute to risk assessment and safeguarding plans. Ensure clients settle into their accommodation and become familiar with the local area. Work closely with the Housing Team to ensure residents are complying with the terms of their occupancy agreements. Contribute to client involvement within the LGBT+ supported housing service. Be aware of trauma informed working, particularly with regard to trauma experienced by LGBT+ people. Ensure clients are linked into appropriate support services and sustain engagement with services.

You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, so you will work 32 hours over 4 days a week. Causeway is a London living wage employer. You will receive a 6% pension contribution, rising to 12% after two years service. We are looking for someone to join our Public Fundraising Team as a Senior Challenge & Public Events Officer, to independently manage and have overall responsibility for leading on the planning and delivery of a pilot bespoke running event happening in May 2025.
The ideal candidate will have experience of project managing large-scale events with exceptional organisational skills; developing multi-channel marketing plans; developing and delivering complex stewardship journeys, and have strong relationship management skills.

About the role
As the new Community and Events Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing The Passage's Community Fundraising strategy, designed to inspire and engage both existing and new supporters, ultimately building a stable and sustainable income pipeline.
Main duties
- Help deliver the teams’ existing events and community fundraising products, growing net income and actively seeking new opportunities for expansion.
- Act as an ambassador for The Passage with community groups, personally delivering talks and presentations to build relationships and promote our work.
- Manage and oversee a programme of station and street collections, ensuring that volunteers are trained and equipped to represent The Passage with the public.

The purpose of the role is to provide essential support to a small, dedicated team within the UK Programmes and Advocacy team, facilitating the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects aimed at addressing leprosy and LF. Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager, MEAL Manager, Advocacy Manager, and Research and Technical Advisor, the Programmes Officer will ensure seamless coordination of activities, enhance data-driven decision-making processes, and contribute to impactful advocacy and research initiatives.
