We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. Hours of Work
Hours of work are 35 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Frequent travel to meet and interview beneficiaries will be required, along with a willingness to work outside normal office hours to obtain the story.
We have a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment with a hybrid working framework involving the opportunity to work from home and in the RNRMC offices. There will be a small number of roles where employees will be required to work only from our offices, but typically most employees will be able to work remotely on average 40% of their working week. Terms and Conditions
- Location: This is a hybrid role with two days at MAF UK, 1st Floor Castle House, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2TQ. One day per week will be spent at our Operations Centre, MAF International, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH and the other two days can be from home.
- Working Hours: This is a full time role (at least 36 hours per week, with 1 hour for lunch daily unpaid) but requiring some flexibility on the successful candidate to work additional hours occasionally some of which could be outside the normal business hours. About you

The Senior Membership Coordinator will oversee and coordinate membership services, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and engagement. Purpose
We’re looking for someone who wants to combine their passion for social change with their commitment to digital communications. The person in this role will line manage a small and talented team of two officers (Marketing and Content, and Digital Communications), and should enjoy supporting others to flourish through a kind and relational approach.
Part of a busy department of specialists in communications (including digital and press), public affairs and policy, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital engagement strategy through our website, social media channels and email marketing. As well as leading the team to expand our reach and build brand awareness through creative content, you will also have a keen eye for analytics and work with our partner agencies to deliver effective campaigns across paid social media ads, Google Ads and CMS management.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will play an integral role in shaping the digital strategy, while ensuring that colleagues develop their capacity and understanding of how to use digital tools most effectively.
Main Responsibilities

About the Role
As the Senior Communications Officer (content) in the Public Engagement Team, you will be passionate about the rights of young people in the UK. Using your creativity and experience in delivering public-facing communications content and fundraising content you will be instrumental in increasing Depaul UK’s income, profile and influence. Your ability to meaningfully engage and involve young people, staff and volunteers will ensure that their voices are heard and amplified through Depaul UK’s communications and fundraising activity.
You will lead the delivery of communications and fundraising content that increases brand awareness and engages our target audiences to support Depaul UK as donors or in other ways support the organisation. We will expect you to ensure that your content and brand awareness raising activity is consistent with Depaul’s values.
Working closely with internal colleagues as well as external designers, filmmakers, photographers and other agencies, you will actively engage with young people in our services and in the communities we work in to capture their experiences, amplify their voices and develop content and material for our communications and fundraising activity.
Key responsibilities include:
● Take a lead role in the delivery of Depaul UK’s creative content production that strengthens our profile and allows us to raise more funds for our work
● Coordinate the Content creation of the whole Fundraising and Engagement team and draw up a Content Creation Strategy in conjunction with colleagues, ensuring you are closely linked to both the needs of Public Engagement, Philanthropy and Partnerships and the wider organisation.
