We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join the Lancashire team in Blackpool, working 37.5 hours a week.

About the role:

This role is based from our Blackpool Office, delivering a service that covers Blackpool, Wyre, Fylde, Lancaster and surrounding areas working with around 30 perpetrators per year. Hybrid working (2 days per week from home) is available after successful completion of probation.

As a Drive Case Manager, you will:

  • Provide case management on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal a& behavioural change & link to other services
  • Work collaboratively with existing agencies to design an individual intervention plan to address identified needs & risks whilst promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours
  • Work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans & improve outcomes

You will need:

  • An understanding of domestic abuse, risk assessment & risk management
  • Experience of working with victims and/or perpetrators of domestic abuse, those with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour
  • The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders & develop multi-agency responses to support and/or disrupt perpetrators in order to reduce the harm they pose to victims
  • Good communication & influencing skills, able to challenge service users & other agencies in order to produce positive outcomes
  • To be flexible, adaptable and highly resilient

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
