The Role
Confidently manage a six-figure corporate income budget, securing income from new corporate partners through
written applications and pitches.
Account manage product partnerships and Partners ensuring contracts and agreements are honoured and a first-class stewardship experience is delivered.
Organise opportunities for corporate contacts to engage with the charitys work first-hand, including face to face meetings and events.
Take responsibility for researching and developing strategies to enhance existing portfolio of small to medium commercial partnerships.
The Candidate
Previous experience in an account management role developing, securing and retaining corporate and commercial partnerships and new business through effective and confident relationship building in a similar fundraising or sales role.
Demonstrable knowledge of the principles of charity/corporate partnerships, both account management and new business.

Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK.
The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community. About the role

The Community Programme Manager is a pivotal position within the small, dedicated and growing Art Explora team in the UK. The Community Programme Manager will be supported by a Community Programme Assistant and the volunteer community. We are looking for a candidate with management experience.

You will deliver income and support by managing your own small team and collaborating with the rest of the organisation to tell stories, share information, build understanding and deliver the income needed to run the organisation. We pride ourselves on quick and dynamic responses to new arrivals and changing needs and want a manger who will relish their part in this.
With a current turnover of £1.5-£2 million, from a good mix of trusts, foundations, individuals, contracts, partnerships, community, there is a constant need to manage amd renew relationships. There is also potential to develop new or underdeveloped areas of collaboration and income.
The manager will have proven all round experience and a track record of delivering income from multiple and varied sources. They will need to work from the Oxford office at least two days a week to build relations with other teams. Beyond that location and working hours are flexible.

About the role
As Senior Special Events Executive, you will significantly contribute to and drive growth in Crisis’ Events Fundraising portfolio. You will have joint responsibility for ensuring that the team income target (£2.3m in 24/25) is achieved, as well as a personal income target.
As part of this role, you will be helping to roll out and embed Crisis’ special events strategy, developing our relationships and ways of working with key individuals and partners.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven successful track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating special events to achieve a good return on investment
- Experience in relationship management and stewardship
- Confidence in communicating and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences
- Experience in logistical delivery, supplier management, reporting, debrief and evaluation

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide high quality management and control of the finance function at our multi-site Christian outdoor adventure charity. Reporting to the Finance Director, the post holder will work closely with members of the senior management team to facilitate the smooth operation of Rock UK’s finances. He or she will be able to clearly and respectively communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission and vision to staff, suppliers and other stakeholders of all faiths and none.
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or equivalent, hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), have proficiency in using computerised financial systems, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

MLC Partners are seeking an experienced finance professional with significant social housing experience to recruit a Senior Accountant (Capital) based in central London. This is an immediate starting, initial 3month interim opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide partnering support to the executive and senior management on accounts, KPI’s, value for money metrics, annual budgets and variance analyses
- Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on the charities performance
- Prepare monthly management accounts, and present Senior Management Team, including variance analysis and commentary to budgets, and forecasts for each department
- Lead on the preparation of individual sites annual operating/revenue and capital budgets
- Lead on the annual rent and service charges increases, and ongoing maintenance of the charities rent models
- Ensure all supporting documents are filed for external bodies such as HMRC for Gift Aid & VAT purposes
- Work with your direct reports to provide financial management and accounting services including; rent accounting, implementation of procurement policy and payroll functions
- Completion of monthly accruals and prepayments, accrued and deferred income, combined with full supporting analysis and explanations
Key criteria:
- Qualified accountant
- Extensive experience of internal financial controls and capital/property accounting
- Must have experience within the social housing/property sector
- Proven ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies and funders
- Experience in managing and motivating staff, including recruitment, performance management and appraisals
- Experience in independent working, and team management
