We are looking for an Assistant Head of Public Engagement (Brand and Marketing) to join our Public Engagement team. This team aims to grow income from the general public to support our vital homelessness services, with activity spanning all stage of the supporter journey through awareness, engagement, donating and loyalty.
St Mungo’s is a leading homelessness charity, and we want to grow public awareness of our work. The Assistant Head of Public Engagement (Brand and Marketing) will lead work to drive increased awareness of St Mungo’s, supporting growth in fundraising income from the general public.
This role will be vital in driving public awareness and engagement with St Mungo’s and our work, to end homelessness and rebuild lives. In this role you will:
- Develop and implement a strategy to drive brand growth, to support an annual income target of £8.5m in Public Engagement, and year on year income growth across fundraising teams.
- Lead the Brand and Marketing team to develop and deliver brand marketing campaigns, strategy and content for social media and owned channels, brand research and overall brand execution across Fundraising and Communications.
- Be responsible for the execution of visual brand and tone of voice across public communications.
This is an exciting time to join our team, building on a recent rebrand, a new brand marketing campaign and a newly established programme of brand research and impact monitoring. The role reports to the Head of Public Engagement and sits within the Fundraising and Communications directorate.

The role is based within the Ministries: Vocations and Worship (MVW) team of the Connexional Team of the Methodist Church in Britain, which exists to equip the Methodist Church by training, developing and supporting those called by God to serve in lay and ordained ministry. The MDO will support the embedding of strategies which support the Church’s aspiration to be inclusive, justice seeking, evangelistic and growing.
Within the team, the MDO will be responsible for:
- Researching, developing, implementing and evaluating the impact of preventative strategies for ordained ministers’ flourishing and wellbeing.
- Developing wellbeing provisions in collaboration with others across the Connexion for lay volunteers and employees.
- Developing, implementing and delivering a vocations strategy to ensure that people’s rich diversity of gifts are valued, recognised and encouraged within the life of the Church, especially those traditionally under-represented and on the margins of the Church.

Are you looking for an opportunity to step up as a Corporate Partnerships Manager? We’re very excited to be working with an incredible national health charity as they look for a passionate and driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their growing team.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will actively identify and secure new partners for the charity, as well as managing a portfolio of existing corporate partner relationships. You will have a significant impact by driving the delivery of a diverse portfolio of partnerships and work across the organisation to develop opportunities for supporters to be partners in delivering the organisations ambitious plans.
To succeed as the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will need:
- Significant experience of fundraising in corporate partnerships
- Proven experience in prospect research, production of proposals/pitches, relationship management and reporting
- Proven track record in developing, winning and managing high value (six and seven figure) corporate partnerships.
Deadline: Reviewing on rolling basis
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
Contract: Permanent – Full time
Location: London, Hybrid 1-2 days per week in office
