About the role: as School Membership Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to combine flexible working from home with hands-on delivery of impactful programmes in schools, supporting our members.
Key to this role is ensuring that schools are actively engaged with us, guiding and helping them to make the most of their membership with Future First. You will support a portfolio of member schools remotely, working 3-4 days per week from home. This gives you a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships with new and existing members.
We envisage 1-2 days per week delivering in-person support across our network of member schools – and although we will always try to minimise travel, the geographic breadth of our reach, means that there will, on occasion, be longer days and overnight stays.
Duties and responsibilities

About the Role
The Assistant Reserves Officer is one of our team managing and developing the Trust’s nature reserves for people and wildlife. Your work place includes internationally recognised wetlands and woodlands along with nationally important meadows, chalk grasslands and heathland across Hertfordshire and Middlesex.
You will need to have strong experience in practical habitat management, including the use of power tools and machinery, such as chainsaws, brush cutters and BCS mowers. You will have experience of working within a dynamic team and leading volunteers. You will need to have a keen interest in wildlife and preferably a knowledge of the habitats in our area.
No two days are the same as an ARO at HMWT; you will get the opportunity to utilise and develop your practical habitat management skills across our nature reserves including tree felling, coppicing, scrub clearance, hay cutting and pond/ditch management. You will also undertake the maintenance of site infrastructure; assist with the management of livestock; and perform surveying and monitoring of habitat/species, tree safety and infrastructure. These tasks will be delivered working closely with members of the nature reserves team; our volunteer wardens and our practical conservation volunteers.
Willingness to travel throughout our work area and flexibility to work occasional irregular hours is required for this post.

This is a new and exciting role in Refuge, and the post holder will be embedded within borough housing teams to facilitate the dual working that will ensure that survivors’ safety and housing needs are met. The post holder will be based within housing teams for three days a week, to help facilitate.

About the role:
The Senior Multiple Needs Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) will work within a dynamic, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service based at the CGL Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The IDVA will provide support in the local community and at the Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The successful candidate will be co-located up to 5 days a week at the Women’s Wellness Zone.
The IDVA will be closely working alongside CGL colleagues/team to deliver support to women with a range of complex support needs including substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, sex working, trafficking, and offending behaviour. The IDVA will work in collaboration with their team members to holistically support women in the borough of Ealing to achieve sustained recovery, improved health and wellbeing, helping women to manage/mitigate risks, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in society as well as ensuring the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process.
The Senior Multiple Needs IDVA will assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support. As well as identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs. They will also proactively advocate and advice women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, encouraging them to engage with other agencies, and help co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support where necessary.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Multiple Needs IDVA you will need to have:
Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. As well as understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.
Bringing your experience of risk and needs assessment, safety and support planning, and crisis planning and successfully managing high numbers of referrals and experience of working in a co-located setting with another agency and providing consultations/briefings to professionals to support in upskilling them around Domestic Abuse. The candidate will have experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of an innovative service, designed to offer multi-disciplinary wrap-around support to women with multiple needs, with the aim of facilitating long-term recovery.

Home-Start London is an independent charity that connects and strengthens the 16 local Home-Starts in the capital so that together we can reach more families. Collectively, our network supported over 6,500 families including 9,500 children last year.
About the role
Working closely with the Director and Home-Start staff, volunteers and partners across the capital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our joint projects and activities from our peer learning groups and network events to our growing portfolio of funded partnerships.
What you'll be working on:
- You’ll take the lead on coordinating our peer learning groups, joint research and volunteer recruitment campaigns
- You’ll support the Director to secure and manage funding partnerships, including monitoring plans and budgets
- You’ll oversee development and monitoring of Home-Start London’s annual operational plan
- You’ll regularly engage with local Home-Starts and partners, ensuring they are shaping our work
- You’ll oversee logistics for network events
- You’ll provide administrative support, from raising invoices to organising/chairing network meetings
- You’ll create content for our website and social media to help promote our work
- You’ll manage office volunteers, ensuring they are happy, effective and well supported
About you
To thrive in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent multi-tasking skills and previous experience of project coordination and/or operational administration. You will be a great relationship builder, able to support people to work together effectively while ensuring agreed targets are met. As much as you enjoy collaborative work, you will also be happy working independently under your own initiative.

Our Greenwich Counselling Service, including our culturally specific Asian service, has been offering free counselling to Greenwich borough residents for more than 40 years. It has grown organically from telephone counselling and crisis intervention to longer term and culturally specific counselling and relationship work. We’re looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to work in-house to create artwork for marketing and communications campaigns across a wide range of media, including print, digital, animation, and video. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior HR Admin transitioning to managing an HR standalone function. This is an interim full-time role based in Farringdon, with occasional travel to Bristol. You will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the development of the HR function at Deighton Pierce Glynn (DPG). The role supports all aspects of HR administration, the activities relating to recruitment & development, diversity & inclusion, promoting positive employee relations, reward, wellbeing and helping to ensure relevant HR policies and procedures are understood and followed. You will have the opportunity to work with the DPG team and the Senior HR Consultant, collaboratively, to develop the HR function, putting in place more structure and consistency at DPG. You will also have the chance to undertake HR initiatives that help deliver the DPG People and Culture objectives.
You will have the ability to truly grow and develop within the role as you will be the main HR contact for all HR matters, with support from the Managing Partner, Practice Manager and HR Consultant.
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in a Senior HR Admin role with some generalist background including supporting ER cases.
- A desire to continue developing your HR experience, including studying the CIPD, and growing your career in this area.
- Able to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong emotional intelligence, relationship building skills and a genuine desire to help ‘make a difference’ in terms of helping the team to be successful through fair and consistent approach to developing HR practices that support their growth, motivation and well being.
